After many years of visiting this "hospital " I'm extremely disappointed, after they changed to a new vet and staff incharge ,the place over time become more and more unreliable. I have over the years brought new customers to them and I along with them will not be using their services any more. They're always canceling when your literally at the door for an appointment you booked weeks in advance, after taking the day off work, and traveling, in my case at least from an hour away. As a loyal customer I did not mind before but now they just want to push for extra test that are unnecessary for things I didn't even come in for which I know are not even needed. Not to mention having to deal with LORA is just a headache, very unprofessional, rude and likes to give everyone a very self-righteous attitude, she's very off putting, many people that I introduced to this clinic to have voiced to me their displeasure of her unprofessional and rude ways, she never calls back when there's a concern, getting a hold of the clinic when she's on shift is nearly next to impossible but she is very quick to over charge you with the bill. If you go and LORA is in make sure to double check what your bills. Their was even a time where I later was called back to have to redue my litters vaccine because the wrong ones were administered to them. Luckily no harm came to them, but scarey non the less, this clinic is more about the money then actually caring for our pets. DONT GO TO THEM, save your money and go to a vet that cares for your furry loved one and where the staff is professional and friendly.. in other words NO LORA! Save your self the headache. If I could clink for a minus 5 star review I would. Never have a met such a rude and stuck up unprofessional like this women LORA!! Read Less

The only reason I'm giving them a 4-Star is because my kitten is okay. This vet covers the cost of kittens being spayed/neutered that were adopted from a cat rescue in Oakville, so I commend them for that. The only issue is every time I called to ask for advice or any questions, I would receive different answers every time. In regards to costs, she needed a cone, she didn't need a cone, recovery time, drop off and pick up times. The staff really has to get a little more organized. I'm already nervous taking my 6 month old kitten in. They didn't make it easier. Read Less
