After a traumatizing experience with Bayview we came here on a friend's recommendation. Absolutely love the staff, they make my dog feel quite loved. Also, prior to choosing this clinic, my dog had gone missing and I'd phoned every vet in town looking for her. Southside's receptionist caught my attention over literally every other clinic as she was attentive, concerned, and asked for the most details about my missing pet.

We have had only wonderful experiences with Southside Pet Hospital. The receptionist, Diane, is always glad to see Bijou and give her a treat to coax her onto the scale. The staff never fail to send us an email to remind us it is time for Bijou's annual physical, vaccinations, dental checkups, etc.; therefore, I never have to worry about diarizing her appointments. Tracy and Diana are wonderful with Bijou. Diana always gets right down on the floor beside Bijou and plays with her before performing her physical. I truly believe that both Tracy and Diana truly love our fur baby as much as we do.

Nice atmosphere and the vet tech was awesome with my dog but that receptionist was incredibly RUDE! Didn't acknowledge me when I came in and didn't say a word to me when I was paying my bill... never made eye contact either... maybe she was having a bad day but you don't take it out on paying customers! I will NOT be returning. Plenty of other offices in the area who I'm sure will appreciate my business more...

I have a golden retriever who is almost 9 years old. She also has Hypothyroidism can get very anxious and nervous. She usually isn't a fan of Veterinarians. Dr. Gibbs was great with her. My golden even wanted to play with Dr. Gibbs.:) my golden was fine the next day, usually the day after a Veterinarian visit she is anxious and very talkative - she was fine. Thanks for being so patient with her Dr. Gibbs.

Went here for our first time today to get my Min Pin up to date with an exam and shots. Dr. Honda was amazing with my high energy little guy! Very nice atmosphere to make you feel comfortable. Reasonably priced. I most definitely recommend taking your pet here!

We have had only wonderful experiences with Southside Pet Hospital. The receptionist, Diane, is always glad to see Bijou and give her a treat to coax her onto the scale. The staff never fail to send us an email to remind us it is time for Bijou's annual physical, vaccinations, dental checkups, etc.; therefore, I never have to worry about diarizing her appointments.
