They all received the best of care when it was needed whether for normal needs such as vaccination/rabies shots, etc to more serious issues as they got older & when the time came to part with our friends the compassion shown by Linda & her staff was greatly appreciated.

Worst Practice Ever... terrible reception/client interaction. We can never get a straight answer as to a definitive appointment. It's always so vague.. they are always so terrible busy. They are so high and mighty, feeling that they are the superior in service., right? I then pre-booked for our young dog to get spayed. I booked three months in advance. Six weeks prior to our appointment, they called and said they need to cancel our appt because they have emergency surgery on that date. My question to them is.. 6 weeks prior, if it's emergency surgery why are you doing it now? I will never, ever recommend them in the future to anyone with a pet.

Great vet doctor. Dr. Kazienko specializes in chiropractic care for animals and saved my dogs life when my dog had hindleg paralysis. I was told by my old vet that my dog needed a $5,000.00 operation to fuse her low back vertebrae or put her to sleep. But Dr. Kazienko cured her wiggle in her walk and now my dog runs and plays. What a miracle veterinarian doctor.

I have always been thrilled with this clinic until yesterday when one of the vet techs described my dog as crazy...cray.. her words in front of the entire office. Not happy now! Actually quite annoyed. How unprofessional.
I also took a dog in as an emergency a few years ago. He was not seen for four hours. I was told they had other emergencies and that he had to wait. He waited so long he died. He was the emergency not the others because they lived!

We have been with Dr. Linda for many years and with many pets. She is the best vet we have ever had. Once you meet Dr. Linda and Jennifer or Michael her vet technicians you realize you are in the best hands. I haven't seen any people that care about their patients more. They go above and beyond each and every time. I have recommended Maples and Dr. Linda to more people and will continue to do so. You are not just $ signs to them. You may have to wait longer then you wish, but the wait is worth it if you truly want your fur baby in the very best hands.

After all the vets we've taken our pup to, Dr. Kazienko and her staff have been the best. Dr. Kazienko is a true holistic vet that does not push unnecessary vaccines and and expensive needless treatments like the other vet's in the area do (re: Headon Forest Animal clinic off Dundas and Walkers Line - avoid at all costs!). She's been taking care of our dog since he was a puppy and we fully trust her opinion and care. There is no vet like her!

I have been going to Linda for 14 years and she has done excellent work with all my dogs and I highly recommend her to anyone.

They all received the best of care when it was needed whether for normal needs such as vaccination/rabies shots, etc to more serious issues as they got older & when the time came to part with our friends the compassion shown by Linda & her staff was greatly appreciated.
