Amazing staff, amazing vets. We had to put our little girl to sleep about a month ago and our vet was very compassionate and explained the entire process to us before hand. Even allowed me to hold my little fur baby in my arms while she was being put to sleep. When we picked up her ashes we had a beautiful surprise, they made a clay imprint of her paw with her name on it. Absolutely wonderful these people are. Would bring any one of my other animals to them in a heartbeat.

For over 10 years I've trusted the caring and professional staff of the Grand River Veterinary Hospital to care for my two goldens. While the service is consistently exemplary, I do want to highlight one occasion wherein after being hit by a distracted driver, I was able to immediately bring in my dog, and while he was being attended to the staff showed courteous concern for my well-being as well; the care and treatment he received ensured he was back to full health as quickly as possible!

The most knowledgeable, caring and compassionate staff ever!! I can't fully put into words how incredible the staff here are. After being told by a different clinic that my dog needed to be put down, i called to see if this clinic could do it earlier as i didn't want her to suffer any longer and Kayla was the most compassionate person I have ever come across when it comes to vet clinics. She spoke to me over the phone and talked me through the whole thing, she made a point to call back and ensure we had found a solution and ask how i was doing. This is the one and only place i will ever go to moving forward.

Staff are great. Very accommodating to my sassy dog. They checked in with me a few days after her surgery to make sure everything was healing properly. Great service all around.

Efficient and Caring.
Had to put my dog down. Went quick and painless. Left us time to grieve.
Didn't have any problems and the cost was pretty standard.

My family has been going here with our cats for as long as we've lived in Caledonia (20-odd years) and they've been fantastic. When my beloved kitty came to pass they made it the most personal experience that I will never forgot. For over $100 they provided a blanket and casket (cremation is much more) as well as a clay imprint with his name inscribed and his paw print. It made such a tragic experience just that little bit better and I can't say enough nice things about them. Thank you so much.

Amazing staff, amazing vets. We had to put our little girl to sleep about a month ago and our vet was very compassionate and explained the entire process to us before hand. Even allowed me to hold my little fur baby in my arms while she was being put to sleep. For over 10 years I've trusted the caring and professional staff of the Grand River Veterinary Hospital to care for my two goldens. My family has been going here with our cats for as long as we've lived in Caledonia (20-odd years) and they've been fantastic. When my beloved kitty came to pass they made it the most personal experience that I will never forgot.
