Dr. Bennett and his team have cared for several of my pets over the years. I referred some friends to the Ainslie Animal Hospital over the years as well, and have had nothing but the best care, sensitivity & compassion dealing with my pets. After trusting Dr. Bennett advice we were forced to take our cat to the emergency vet clinic just three days after our visit with him. He informed us that the issue was nothing to worry about and sold us some product which was suppose to help. Our cat got increasingly worse and after x-rays this evening he has been suffering with a very serious blockage which should have been noticed on our visit. Nice staff. Trustworthy and professional. Understanding and no undue pressure over decision making. But after my visit last Monday, I'm a little disappointed. After spending $450.00 for 20 minutes with my 2 dogs and and a lengthy discussion on obedience training, i was told to register i would have to show proof of vaccinations. I asked for a re print of that document and was told at that time it was a $10.00 fee for that !!! In my opinion that is a slap in the face for asking for a charge for re print after spending that amount of money. Would have been different if i had just shown up without dogs or a appointment!!!
