Our dog is 3 1/2 years old and suddenly became sick. It was a Sunday so we had to take our dog to emergency until Bishopgate opened on Monday morning. . I proceeded to land on Bishopgates door Monday morning with my sick dog and no appointment and they were there waiting with open arms and a willingness to do everything to help even though they were booked fully. One hour after entering Bishopgates door with a lifeless dog an ultrasound was done and our dog gone in to surgery. To make this short the vet and staff at Bishopgate saved our dogs life that day. We have always taken our dog there because they came highly recommended to us and I see why. Between the doctor and the staff there has always been a pleasant atmosphere and they truly do care about you and your pets. I would recommend for anyone to go there because you will be very satisfied with the service they deliver. Thank you Bishopgate for giving us back our precious Dog.

They treat my animals like family.. they are very helpful and very wonderful. They are very great with their prices and very knowable and I am extremely satisfied. They are helping my cat pawsz who has bad kidneys and he very comfortable with everyone there it's like a second home for him and I'm very happy he's comfy it makes his visit that much easier he's my old fur baby and very extremely thankful they have kept and he is still around . And helping my mom's older dog with his hip problems. They also helped my dog with tail surgery after I went somewhere else cause it was around midnight when he got his tail caught and had to have emergency surgery and it got infected and they fixed him all up and he's doing great!!! . They are very compassionate and helpful I am very thankful for everything they have done for my fur babies thank you guys very much for taking care of my fur babies (family)<3

We have been taking our shih-poo and dsh cat there for their whole lives (6 years and 1.5 years, respectively). Friendly service and our pets are well treated. My cat was spayed last year and recovered well. We were recommended the appropriate medication and products, as we are every time we need them. Good selection of food as well. Thorough and easy to work with vets. A little difficult to understand sometimes, but not too bad. Could be a little cleaner, but all things considered, a good place to bring your fur babies. I trust them with mine.

Our dog is 3 1/2 years old and suddenly became sick. It was a Sunday so we had to take our dog to emergency until Bishopgate opened on Monday morning. . I proceeded to land on Bishopgates door Monday morning with my sick dog and no appointment and they were there waiting with open arms and a willingness to do everything to help even though they were booked fully.
