When I wasn't sure if my cat had eaten a toxic plant, the Cambridge Cat Hospital was the only clinic I called who weren't alarmist or prepared to charge me several hundred dollars for care he might not require. They saw my cat almost right away, assessed his present symptoms and treated him as effectively as possible without going overboard. I brought my cat Jade for a grooming a few weeks ago. It was her first time ever being to a groomers. Jackie was fabulous with Jade. Jade who normally is a skiddish cat did awesome for her grooming. Dr. Esther takes the time to listen, and understand where you are coming from as a cat owner, and takes in the whole picture. She discusses complicated treatment plans from a place of understanding and experience. The ladies (and the office kitty greeters) are always friendly and willing to help out with medications and specific food orders. I have a very special needs cat, and so far, his treatment has been top notch. Flexible schedule; they were able to take our cat in same day and then again two days later for grooming.
