Even though I ended up losing my lovely dog Niko. These guys got me in on time during his emergency and they took great care of him. They are super professional and it was a great experience despite the circumstances. I'm forever grateful for their knowledge and I cant thank you guys enough.

Whoever does not give this establishment a 5 needs to comment why. I have been with Galt Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I moved from Cambridge to Kitchener and still make the choice to drive that awful drive to get to Jacqui Rideout,. I have been to 3 other vets in Kitchener and they do not come close to the personal caring that I have seen at this establishment. This is the place for your pet. My Roxie who passed away in April 2017 cried when Jacqui dared to pay attention to another animal - after all - it was all about her! To go into the many details of why I still continue to drive that awful stretch of the 401 to bring my 2 fur babies here will take too long, but the short version is : This is where you want to bring your babies - they will be loved!

Our fur babies have all been patients with the Galt Animal Hospital over the course of the past 20 years. We love our vets, they provide the best care possible. Always available for appointments, answering questions and providing information whenever needed. We are truly blessed to have a staff who we trust with our most precious family members~

I LOVE THIS VET!
I have had 5 cats, 1 rabbit and 3 dogs all cared for by the awesome team at Galt Animal Hospital. Everyone is super nice... they genuinely care about my four legged family members :-)

Best veterinary practice I've ever been to. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Steckle delivered the best care my late cat Ollie has ever received. Unlike my experiences with Toronto vets, I never had the sense that any unnecessary tests or treatment were being recommended. And after I made the difficult decision to euthanize "my son" after a very long 18 years of friendship, Galt Animal Hospital both sent me a card and made a generous donation to the Ontario Veterinary College's "Pet Trust" in Ollie's name. Can't say enough good about these folks.

Hello! Dr. Jane Steckle has been a FANTASTIC vet for our Golden Retriever! She has been gentle and caring with our dog, thorough in her examinations, and very informative with us. Bentley LOVES going to see Dr. Steckle, and actually jumps out of our van and runs to the door of the clinic! Wow! Dr. Steckle has explained all of the options regarding care, special vaccinations against Lyme Disease, and has our dog on regular heartworm treatments. We are very very happy with Dr. Steckle, and all of the staff. The clinic facilities are great, with an on site lab, and lots of free parking. Highly recommended!

Whoever does not give this establishment a 5 needs to comment why. I have been with Galt Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I moved from Cambridge to Kitchener and still make the choice to drive that awful drive to get to Jacqui Rideout,. I have been to 3 other vets in Kitchener and they do not come close to the personal caring that I have seen at this establishment. This is the place for your pet. Unlike my experiences with Toronto vets, I never had the sense that any unnecessary tests or treatment were being recommended. And after I made the difficult decision to euthanize "my son" after a very long 18 years of friendship, Galt Animal Hospital both sent me a card and made a generous donation to the Ontario Veterinary College's "Pet Trust" in Ollie's name. Hello! Dr. Jane Steckle has been a FANTASTIC vet for our Golden Retriever! She has been gentle and caring with our dog, thorough in her examinations, and very informative with us. Bentley LOVES going to see Dr. Steckle, and actually jumps out of our van and runs to the door of the clinic! Wow!
