Vet Sue and her team were amazing. They just saved my dog. They showed how caring and competent they are. I was so impressed with the service. New to the area and have yet to see a vet this committed anywhere in Ontario. She consulted outside professionals and studied all she could to help my dog through an uncommon heart issue. He had a real close call, and thanks to Sue and her team, he gets to see another day. Facilities were clean and comfy for the animals. I was much more comfortable leaving him here than any other place. Nice calm environment for the animals. Sue was committed and followed up all along the way. I've never had a bad experience at Holliday, even when I've had to bring in cats for an end of life visit. The staff are friendly and caring, their love of working with people and animals is obvious with every visit, the prices are reasonable, and I was happy to be back to visit today with my new kitten. Very friendly stuff, when I called with an emergency, I got an appointment right away. I took my sick cat and he was treated with lots of care by Dr. Sue. Thanks to her, he is now fine. We were expecting to hear the worst about our kitty's weight loss and vomiting and with one visit she was able to diagnose it as diabetes and sent us off with everything we needed to care for her!
