In fairness, I haven't gone here in a few years. The reason for that is the hassle and critical attitude they presented. They diagnosed one of our cats with an immune disorder which meant the cat suff... Read More
In fairness, I haven't gone here in a few years. The reason for that is the hassle and critical attitude they presented. They diagnosed one of our cats with an immune disorder which meant the cat suffered in pain every day. They presented a few options, one being to put the cat down, the others involving expensive drug treatments. We tried the drug treatment for about 6 months. It did little to help. The cat cried in pain everyday. We decided to put the cat down. When we returned and requested this, the office claimed they'd never treated this cat and refused to put the cat down without doing more tests. It was hurtful and dishonest.
Incidentally, my sister took her dog here recently. They charged for shots they did not give, by their own admission. They said 'next time'. Of course, conveniently, they'd forgotten all this the next time... Read Less
