Dr Ball and all the staff are amazing. The absolute best. Our pets have been looked after by them for 30 years. We have been going to Brookville Vet Clinic, for over 15 years...we started going there because of their great support around greyhound care (their teeth and issues around anesthesia for greyhounds) and they have been very knowledgeable and supportive by giving and offering options when health issues come up and supporting us the owners as well in our decisions. My experience at Brookville veterinarian clinic has been nothing but extrodinary. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My family just recently got a puppy. We havent had a dog for 5 years. Any questions I have I call the clinic they were more than helpful. Our puppy developed a skin irritation near her eye. We were not sure what it was at the time so we gave them a call and had an appointment the next day. We waited 10 mins from arival to get seen. The lady who examined our puppy was amazing very professional and honest with us. You can really tell this clinic is not in it for the money. It was a simple fix with medication. It has cleared up and looks fantastic. The following week we had an appontnent to get her spayed and microchiped. I asked for an estimate price when it came time to pay it was $11 cheaper than the estimated pricd there were no surprized cost . We dropped her off the day of her spay a gentleman came out to get my puppy and he took the time to explain what was all involved in surgery. I had to full out paperwork for her surgery. Once her surgery was done and she was in recovery i recieved a phone tell me there was no complication and that she is recovering well. Went and picked her up a couple hours after and received a personal written surgery discharge info with my dogs name on it. Showing us they took the time to write the healing process out for our puppy not a standard paper you give everyone. Our puppy is just over a week spayed she was back to her normal self in 2 days. Her incision looks clean and healing well not sign of infection or irritation. Overall I would high reccomend this clinic. We were staying at a nearby campground, visiting from the U.S. Our dog hurt his toe, so we took him to this clinic. They saw him right away even though we didn't have an appointment. These people are outstanding. They examined his foot, took xrays, explained the issue, and sent him home with meds. He's much better now. And they are reasonably priced. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a vet. The staff absolutely LOVE the animals and are so caring and efficient. Dr Ball and Dr Woods and their staff are amazing. We had a scary incident and made it to the office with my dog blue, unable to breathe and having seizures. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they saved his life. Once he was stable we were still there most of the day. No one rushed us out, and different people were coming in every couple of minutes to see how we were or what we needed. They were amazing, patient, caring and quick to diagnose and treat. The cost for saving his life was much lower than we expected and the follow up over the following days was so reassuring. We also think they are great for just routine visits. They take the time to chat and answer all our questions. We are so lucky to have the whole staff as our dog's healthcare team.Read Less

Our golden retrievers (all 5 of them) have been patients of Dr. Ball for over 15 years. We moved away from Milton but continue to drive to see Dr. Ball and his staff even though we have a vet clinic right around the corner. Dr. Ball and Dr. Woods have provide us with compassion in our time of need, advise and laughter as our family has gone through the trials and tribulations of raising our golden retrievers. I would only recommend this clinic. They are not in business to take advantage of their customers in their time of need.
