Extremely dissapointed in their admin staff. I made an appointment to get my new puppy's shots 3 weeks in advance. They somehow "lost" our appointment out of the blue. We lost our spot and had to be pushed back a week. I can't express how angry I am, we had to push back our puppy classes as well since she wouldn't have her shots on time. When someone calls to make an appointment, it should be done before we hang up the phone.
Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Been going to this vet for almost 20 years. They are incredible with my furbabies...would not trust anyone else. Only issue is that their prices are getting pretty steep for a small town vet!

Fantastic Doctors and staff. Extremely comfortable. ...felt at home and like family. So caring and compassionate . I can certainly recommend this as a great place to bring your pet.. Sadly I have lost my best friend Minnie my yorkie. During her life with me and bringing her the Doctor she also was treated as a if it was there pet and with love.... I live in Ottawa south and drove the distance for the best care ever

Called before 9am to make an appointment, got a call back from the office telling me I had call again after 9am. For whatever reason the individual had the time call me to tell me to call back later to make an appointment, but she did not have enough time to schedule the appointment???? The office policy trumped the well being of my dog. Not overly enthused! Will find another Vet!!

Extremely dissapointed in their admin staff. I made an appointment to get my new puppy's shots 3 weeks in advance. They somehow "lost" our appointment out of the blue. We lost our spot and had to be pushed back a week. I can't express how angry I am, we had to push back our puppy classes as well since she wouldn't have her shots on time. When someone calls to make an appointment, it should be done before we hang up the phone.
Will be taking my business elsewhere.
