The vet is very efficient and handles the pets well, our cat is pretty well behaved but even getting his yearly checkup and needles he did not squirm or meow or anything when he got the needle. Very pleasant atmosphere. Read Less

This vet has now killed two of my cats. He charged me more than vets in the city, and in the end he prescribed antibiotics, the same ones that killed the first cat within 24 hours. Very unprofessional, doesn't offer alternatives, doesn't even look at you when speaking to you... brought in other clients and their pets in the room I was in before I was done addressing all of my questions. He should pay me back for the cats he's killed as they were bengals, and not regular cats... worst vet I've ever experienced... Went to this vet because it is where my kitten was spayed. She got very sick afterward, vet said it was a fever and gave me antibiotics. Called them many times saying her stomach was swollen and the meds weren't working, however they brushed me off. Went to another vet who diagnosed her with FIP, which meant she only had a few days to live. So glad I went elsewhere and didnt find my kitten dead without knowing why. Never going back again. They saved my puppies life moxie had a toy mouse with string stuck in her.Mouse was stuck in her stomach and string was wraped around her intestines I bought the puppie three weeks ago from someone who had a bunch of other animals including a cat within days we notice something was wrong with her she wasn't eating much and what she would eat she threw up losing weight rapidly and diarria so we rush her too emergency center in ottawa sorry not going too mention names dont want a law suit against me but they take xrays and say oh its just a obstruction that she just needs a iv and it'll will pass threw give her these pills ill charge u for xray and have too send it out so ill charge you for that and give her these pills ill charge you for that and shell be just fine little 1000$Bill didn't care was just thank God shell be ok but little that i know she's was dying so went too casselmen veterinary clinic wher they told me she needed surgery right away ther is something in ther and ended up being a toy mouse which by the way I dont own a cat or anything with a toy cat mouse of any sort they did a major surgery and an amazing job and I will not take her any place but ther for her shots and when she gets fixed and any and everything thanks for what you've done for saving moxies LIFE!!! great doc for animals hes a very great guy and him and his staff are nice to all animals and people, vary nice place its up to date and good prices ( i dont know all the prices but its not to high but not free) and they also get rescue animals that need to be adopted mostly cats with all shots and spay and nueter ( forgot how to spell for a sec) for about 250$ right now Read Less

Best prices, best vet I have ever used, amazing and knowledgeable staff. They take care of our 4 dogs including a miniature wiener that had a bad leg break and was repaired successfully with no residual effects...made a full recovery. Would recommend to everyone.
