Absolutely terrible place to bring any animal, all they care about is your money. I brought my dog in because she was swelling up and breaking out into hives. Even though there was not a single customer, just about 5 employees they refused to even glance at her without a $73 examination fee and any medication they thought she may have needed. They tried giving me another vets phone number to get rid of me and started complaining how I didn’t call ahead. I had just come off a night shift and came home to my dog whining and swollen I didn’t have time to call I just rushed her in as it’s the closest vet to my house. When I agreed to pay the exam fee, panicking thinking the swelling could spread to her throat I said “I just don’t want to end up with a huge vet bill” as soon as I said that, she kicked me out and started to get aggressive with me. Not sure how the rest of the reviews are speaking highly of her, as it’s so clear that she’s only in it for the money. Anyone with the SLIGHTEST bit of sympathy could of at least given me some reassurance. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read Less

Took my cat here after years of being with another vet, simply nails and any emergencies for me, the previous vet my cat would lose it and it always took several assistants just for a nail trim; Took my cat here no issues calmest cat ever! Read Less

I cannot say enough good about this clinic. Not only are all the staff kind, caring and super friendly, but they are like family. They laugh and cry with you. They call to find out how your fur baby is doing after being there for a visit. Doesn't matter if it's for surgery, vaccines, or an emergency. Bottom line is THEY CARE. My kids love Dr. Trisha. Whenever we go there and they hear her voice, tails wag. She truly has a gift with what she does. And no matter what's going on in her day, she makes you feel like your the only patient she has and time is no object. . Hard to find now adays . Keep up the awesome job everyone. Read Less

We have been seeing Dr. Rode for a year now. We have two cats and a Great Dane. At the cats routine annual visit, an issue was discovered with their teeth, causing terrible breath. Surgery was required, so an estimate was made up, everything was explained very well. When we came to pick the cat up, there was no shortage of time for explaining all details and findings, despite another client having arrived. Also, Dr. Rode made sure the final bill didn't exceed the estimate provided. The staff is awesome with our Dane, she loves to go to the clinic and get treats! Dr. Trisha Rodé altered (neutered) our Netherland Dwarf bunny a couple of years ago. The procedure went extremely well and he recovered nicely. I have owned animals my entire life, but I have never met such an articulate, caring and compassionate veterinarian as Trisha. The staff was compassionate, professional and you could tell how much they adored animals. Dr. Trisha Rodé is an exceptional doc and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vet for bunnies or whatever else. Good people!Read Less

These people are the best around. They are Compassionate, Professional, Knowledgeable, and extremely above all else in their profession. They treat Dakota (pure bred German Shepherd) not like a pet but an important loved member of our family. Their care for their patients is better than you could get in actual human hospitals. They are sincere and concerned and even call to remind us with med and to follow up on her welfare after shots (and no she is not sick but young and healthy...knock on wood... they are this way with all patients). It is very clear the Dr Rode and her staff love what they do. Dr. Rode takes the time to discuss with you exactly what she is doing and why. The small touches of putting a pad and blanket on the steel table so my dog was comfortable. To taking the time to distract then reward before and after needles. Never have I had a dog have a nap on the exam table before or have a vet snuggle with my dog after our visit. I can't imagine taking my pet anywhere else. Read Less
