Our 9 year old Golden Retriever, Maggie, was very hesitant about getting up and down when it wasn't important due to the pain in her joints. Dr. Stinson recommended a once a month injection called Librela and withing 48 hours our what seemed old dog turned into a bouncy puppy. We have 32 stairs down to the water and she didn't even think about going down them. She is now up and down with ease. If people think it is costly, think about if it was your hips...would you do anything to feel better? That's the price of animal ownership and the love you receive back from them, you can't put a price on. Thank you Dr. Stinson for caring about our girl.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Our cat was dying on our living room floor and when we called frantic and panicking at the outrageous price, they took to the offense and hung up on me twice then spoke to the male supervisor who would not name himself and was just as or if not more ignorant then the staff answering the phones. We simply wanted a more affordable solution which they did nothing to help with and told us we wouldn't get it cheaper anywhere else..(Their price: 500-600$) compared to what we paid ($80) at the most compassionate establishment ever. Goes to show they do not care about your animals but rather the amount of money your willing to spend on them. They even went as far as to deny all our animals any medical attention after 2 1/2 years of loyalty towards them but this did not matter. Nor did they show any understanding for our frantic state as we watched our beloved family member of 15 years suffering instead took it as an insult towards them and denied us. This place should be shut down and those criminals should be charged. Disgusting humans.

Dr.Stinson saved our Bulldogs life quite frankly. We’re forever grateful and will never forget it. After many months of failed treatment, and misdiagnoses from our original vet in Walden, Dr.Stinson and his staff quickly determined that our boy required Emergency Surgery in Toronto. Many Thanks to the entire staff @ Chelmsford Animal Hospital.

We really appreciated the great service and care for our beloved cat Buster. He came home today after an emergency procedure and is very content and is recovering quite well. The only disappointment we have is he was urine soaked, the smell was unbearable. We understand the procedure required a catheter, however we would have expected him to be cleansed somewhat before being discharged.

The staff at the Chelmsford animal hospital are amazing. Yesterday our poor little puppy was very sick, Dr Marc Marin was very kind and compassionate with us and our baby. Also want to give a special thanks to Lexy the vet technicisn who stayed with our pup all night, kept us well updated on her condition and even sent us a picture, and the rest of the the team that were very comforting when we were very stressed and scared.

Chelmsford Animal Hospital has been amazing with my fur baby for years. Cheese always seemed to be ok having the nurses look after him.. I think he actually enjoyed it.. Unfortunately, Cheese was diagnosed with Leukemia and had to be put down not too long ago.. The hospital was great helping us get ready for the grieving process and allowed us to take him off site to get him cremated... I just received your card in the mail and wanted to say thank you very much... If I choose to have another fur baby in our home... Chelmsford Animal Hospital will be my first pick.. Thanks again to all the staff I appreciate everything you all did!!!!!

The staff is always AMAZING with my puppy! They have taken great care of him. He's already had some medical concerns with his eye and they were fast to squeeze me in and have him started on meds and referred me to the optamoligist right away. Caring and thorough! Highly recommend them and I'm looking forward to being a lifetime client!

Amazing!!! Won't go anywhere else!! Used to go to Walden and got their charts printed and switched right away!! They saved my dog from dying of blastomycosis that she caught on the island. It was a hard year but Mark was on the ball. They also saved her from losing an eye because of the blastomycosis. I truly am so very thankful for them saving my Caramel. I owe them everything for her still being here with us.

The facility is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. More importantly my girls Misty & Daisy love it there! I just picked them up after 3 days of boarding and I am extremely satisfied with the service Chelmsford Animal Hospital provided. Not only did they have me fill out a questionnaire when I dropped them off asking me for specific instructions as to the care I would like, but they also left me with a report card painting a picture as to what their stay entailed. Not to mention they look so darn pretty & smell great after being groomed! I will always recommend you folks & thank you for such a good first time boarding experience. Our 9 year old Golden Retriever, Maggie, was very hesitant about getting up and down when it wasn't important due to the pain in her joints. We really appreciated the great service and care for our beloved cat Buster. He came home today after an emergency procedure and is very content and is recovering quite well. The only disappointment we have is he was urine soaked, the smell was unbearable.
