Extremely disappointed. Our 15 year old cat was in distress and we knew it was time as we did not want her to suffer. I went into the clinic early in the morning and asked if I could bring her in later that the day to be put to sleep. Without any further inquiry, I was advised that they were totally booked up and that the earliest appointment was a week and a half away. This despite the fact that both our cat and our dog were patients of this clinic. There was no consultation with the doctor, just a straight NO we cannot help you. Fortunately we did find another clinic in Uxbridge who was very understanding and compassionate and was able to take us that day. Needless to say, I will never take one of my pet's to Claremont Vet erinary again. Read Less

Edit: Had to bring my cat here again today. Michelle is more than an excellent vet. Michelle truly cares about the animals. She discussed what happened, how to resolve it, and greatly helped us out. I honestly would never go to another vet unless it was after hours and my cat was dying. If my cat could manage until the next day, I'd wait and bring it to her. Truly one of the best. Michelle is an excellent vet. Can be a bit busy at time but she looks into your pets care. Read Less

Had a microchip done on my puppy by the Dr at this clinic. Had issues when trying to register online. When I emailed the clinic for some assistance they replied and told me to just follow the instructions on the sheet provided. Of course I followed all of this before even contacting the clinic. When I replied back saying I've done all the steps they reply once again instructing me to just follow the instructions. They don't seem to care to assist and will quickly dismiss you. I basically paid to have a chip that doesn't work inserted into my puppy. Read Less

Dr. Michele Travers was very cold and clinical; her staff wasn't much better. Our 12 week old puppy needed her shots. We had to wait to long and then the vet barely even looked at the pup. The prices were reasonable, but I want my pets experience to be as positive as possible. The vets interests seem to be in farm animals and not dogs/cats. My impression is that the small animals just subsidize the practice. I also didn't like that the vet pushed and tried to upsell us, not a good first impression at all. We won't be returning and I would NOT recommend this vet.Read Less
