It is without exception and over the course of more than a decade of service, my family and fur family have received exceptional care from the entire team at Clinton Veterinary (they have journeyed with us with 10 dogs and cats between our two households) . In particular, we have found that the direct, clear, open and honest approach of Dr. Sophie to be especially helpful when difficult decisions have had to be made or when we have been in crisis with our pets. We have travelled 45 minutes from our home each direction to maintain this relationship with Dr Sophie and her team and I'd do it in a snow storm every time to have our family in her care. Simply put, the best veterinary we have ever had.

When my puppy broke his foot, the vet tech quoted me a price but the final bill was almost double what was quoted. When my husband questioned the charges, the staff got defensive and abusive to him. Like how dare he question them. We then were "fired" and told not to come back. Sure the care of the dog was a 5 out of 5, but the customer service was so bad even if we were not fired we would never have gone back. Was so disappointed.

I have been being my pets there for 10 yrs. But not anymore. They wouldn't even see my dog in an emergency. He was peeing and pooping blood and they refused to see him. Had to bring him to another vet. He didnt make it. Thanks for taking my money for 10 years and then letting my dog die! If you love your pets do not go here please!

Ever since The new owner of Clinton Veterinary the services have been going downhill they don't treat their patients the same. The last owner was so amazing and I travelled halfway across Canada come see her but now that she doesn't own it anymore the services are so bad there's new staff they are so rude and obnoxious. They make you feel like you are below them. I would totally recommend you not going to this veterinarian clinic in Clinton. When they treated my dog, I asked certain questions they were very stuck up like you don't know was the look in their face and All I want the vet was to do was explain things more clearly. And come to find out they also had the wrong medical chart up it wasn't even my dog good thing I did ask questions or she could've been treated for something that didn't even pertain to her. They should be on top of that , you would think that's important. They are not compassionate and they really don't care so why take your animals there I will not be. And the medication that they gave my dog cost $300 and it didn't clear up her infection, not even one little bit. The old staff was so much better it's a sin they are gone now. Especially the front staff was the rudest she tried to misconstrue everything that I try to say and when I ask questions she didn't want to answer them obviously you're not supposed ask questions I guess. They get very defensive and very fast. Almost to the point that she was calling me stupid in around about way. Please I beg you don't take your pets to this clinic I don't want anyone else to go through what I did this morning. Also I want to mention that when I first went into the clinic last week the vet was telling me that My dog had been in here for her teeth before not once has my dog been in there for teeth so I'm wondering when and I'm asking questions and come to find out she had the wrong dogs files. who's dog I don't know but none that didn't belong to me. Wrong charts for the wrong dog could've went severely wrong I am glad I stepped up and started asking questions. You would think they'd be on top of this.

It is without exception and over the course of more than a decade of service, my family and fur family have received exceptional care from the entire team at Clinton Veterinary (they have journeyed with us with 10 dogs and cats between our two households) . When my puppy broke his foot, the vet tech quoted me a price but the final bill was almost double what was quoted. When my husband questioned the charges, the staff got defensive and abusive to him. Like how dare he question them. We then were "fired" and told not to come back. Sure the care of the dog was a 5 out of 5, but the customer service was so bad even if we were not fired we would never have gone back. Was so disappointed.

Had to bring him to another vet. He didnt make it. Thanks for taking my money for 10 years and then letting my dog die! If you love your pets do not go here please!

Ever since The new owner of Clinton Veterinary the services have been going downhill they don't treat their patients the same. The last owner was so amazing and I travelled halfway across Canada come see her but now that she doesn't own it anymore the services are so bad there's new staff they are so rude and obnoxious. They make you feel like you are below them. I would totally recommend you not going to this veterinarian clinic in Clinton. When they treated my dog, I asked certain questions they were very stuck up like you don't know was the look in their face and All I want the vet was to do was explain things more clearly.
