The Veterinary Clinic owner Brent Steele was totally unprofessional & overbearing with me by not allowing me to speak while raising his voice at me— as a business owner, I am completely shocked that he treats his customers this way! He has been totally inept at addressing/managing his staff about any concerns, holding them accountable and/or handling & resolving issues. He easily becomes defensive & has not been open to hearing any constructive criticism whatsoever, which in turn enables/cultivates a laisser-faire work environment where there is zero accountability for him & his entire staff. He has been unwilling to listen to or validate any of my experiences at his clinic, used his position of authority over me preventing me from speaking & then reprimanded me by making a carte blanche decision and taking punitive measures against me.

This clinic is amazing. I worked as a RVT in Whitby at the time. When my cat Farley (live with my mom in Port Hope) got very sick within a week I was able to get him in on a Saturday after I rushed home on Friday. The doctor and staff was amazing. Even when he delivered me horrible news that Farley had a tumour they supported and helped me make the decision to put him down. Working in this field doesn't make it any easier when you have to put your own pet down. After the procedure was done. They gave me the time I needed to say goodbye to Farley. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the best care for their pet. My sister has a puppy name Harley who was recently went there and loved the appointment. We will continue to use this clinic for our pets.

Yesterday, during the torrential rain, thunder and lightning, a little dog bolted from its family. She was caught in a very busy part of town then brought to Midtown Animal Hospital. The women acted so fast when I said I had a lost dog. The scanner came out, yippee!, she has a chip!! They then started calling, after a number of calls they Identified the dog. She was returned to her very happy owners! Thanks to you for such incredible, dedicated service to our furry friends.
