I doubt that you will find a more caring,compassionate and professional team for your dog or cat than in Simpson Veterinary Clinic.This was the best decision I ever made for my cat Roche. She had ate something she wasn't suppose to and Dr.Mankarious had did a marvelous job in saving her because any later and my cat wouldn't be with us today. I thought I was being careful but obviously I need to be a much better mom and watch everything she puts in her mouth, thank you so much for taking care of Roche and answering all the questions I had patiently and professionally since I got her you are truly amazing! Dr. Simpson spayed our golden, and this is also where we go for our heart worm meds every year.  He really understand how price conscientious we are, and does his best to give us the best deal that he can.  He never tries to convince us to spend more than we need to.His support staff are amazingly friendly, very caring people and incredibly helpful on the phone - even if we have questions that don't require a visit.It can be harder to get appointments because of their limited opening hours, but we're almost always the only people in there so it's nice and quiet and stress free! I moved and had to change the vet...that is when all the problems started.   First of all my new vet couldn't get my dog's records. I agreed to pay, but they said the WOULD NOT release the records and they have to according to legislation.  I cleaned my dog's teeth there and he was shaky, sleepy and afraid of any "metal" noise for a week or so (for example of noise when the fork hits the plate). He was AFRAID to eat for three days.  I did not know any different because it was my dog's first time teeth cleaning.  Yesterday, my dog underwent same procedure at my new vet's place and it has not been 24 hrs yet and he is already eating , running and almost looks/acts normal except for being just a little sleepy.   If you work full time, normal business hrs, Good Luck getting your pet in.   They open Mon-Fri, 9-5 and some Saturdays by appointments. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone because you definitely will be able to find better vet who cares about your pet and more humane and has better hours of operation. Read Less
