This clinic is very fair on pricing. However I lost one pet on her watch because she didn't listen to what I told her and said it was nothing to worry about... Fast forward I got a new fur baby and something was up and again she said nothing to worry about twice, the second time around I had to rush to the emergency pet hospital and had emergency surgery done on my baby (she almost died). Lovely lady but not a good vet at catching serious problems, which in my case was a life and dead situation both times. Read Less

I brought my one cat for a physical exam and I called to get a quote before making an appointment. This animal hospital has excellent and I mean excellent rates. I have called over 20 vets for quotes in Durham Region and this one was by far the best. The receptionist is excellent at her job, she was incredibly helpful. The vet is a super friendly lady, she was nice to my cat, she explained everything she was doing and much more. She didnt insist on any procedures and she gave me a few complimentary things that usually you would have to pay for. Dr. Kausar is a very good veterinarian. She always takes time to answer our questions during an exam and has always been great with our pets. Emailed them to get a quote on two cats after checking their est on their site and finding it lower than my current vet, who's services are only satisfactory. They emailed me back with a quote over double what I figured. Best advice, stay out of the gta unless you wanna pay triple to fix a cat They had the balls to email me back and say the prices on the website are an estimation but all they are is the cost without any anesthetic and aftercare. So apparently they are willing to do the surgeries without all that and only charge you for the actual surgery to offer that est price ... ??? that's scary . I brought my cat there for a check up and vaccination and my cat doesn't like the vet so was upset. She stated to me she didn't think he could be checked today as he was not cooperating which was fine. She covered him with a towel and was able to give him his needle however ended up charging me 45 extra dollars for the check up that never happened. I was in the room the entire time she didn't check his weight his ears nothing. When I called back after realizing I was over charged she lied and said she did a check up and wasn't willing to refund the money. Read Less
