The entire staff and Dr. Sue are fabulous! Our dogs are so comfortable there and we are treated with courtesy and respect. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is pleasant. My Penelope and Spencer (toy poodles) love their grooming day and Big Creek's groomer, Steffani. She is wonderful and does a fantastic job. The poodles coats get shaped beautifully and, I must say, Steff does a wonderful job cleaning their ears. Spencer used to have trouble with his ears and had lots of ear infections before we moved to Delhi. Since he has been seeing Steff for his grooming, no problems and no infections! Love Dr. Sue and her team. I've taken all 4 of my rabbits here and couldn't be happier. Three out of the four have been fixed and plan in bringing the last here to be fixed too. Everyone was very compassionate when we had to put my son's hamster down. They even lit a candle while it was being done. I wont recommend anywhere else! Read Less

I gave Big Creek vet a 4 star rating. The girls at the desk are always inviting and polite. Dr Wilkinson and her nurse Ana are wonderful. My only complaint would be the groomer they hired, she does not follow directions, her prices are outrageous and she's not very friendly. She likes things her way and she will do them her way if you like it or not. My dog came home with mats under one arm and clipper burn under the other. His ears were still dirty and he was exhausted for the rest of the day. We won't return for grooming but will return for our vet care. Read Less

Dr.Sue had been amazing and so compassionate with my cat when she was very ill. Even though the treatment hadn't worked like we planned, I at least got an extra week of time with my baby that I will cherish.. Got my three cats microchipped during there Microchip March promo. Amazing staff. Our one cat has an attitude and they handled him perfectly. They even helped me carry all three pet taxis to the car! This was the first time taking our cats there but I promise you it won't be the last! Read Less

Thanks to this great clinic I have my beautiful guinea pig Dexter still with me all happy and healthy and his daughter Gemini was able to get rid of mastitus and take care of her 5 babys. And when we lost a pet with you you gave us a wonderful card and were vary nice about it and tried everything you could to help her. Have been going to Big Creek since we moved to Delhi 5 years ago, and I couldn't be happier with them. Dr. Sue and the rest of the staff are truly amazing and my dog loves going there.. We have recently had some health scares with my dog and had to visit an after hours clinic, Dr. Sue was there to follow up the next day. Took my female dog to be spayed and they cut her nails. So short, they actually did tendon damage and she now lifts this foot when she walks or runs. I questioned when I picked her up why her whole foot and leg were pink. I was told it was from here licking herself...BS Would never recommend Big Creek to anyone, go to Simcoe they are a lot better.
