My elderly mother brought her dog into the clinic to be put to sleep. She was sent in with a so-called vet and technician. My mother requested a sedative be given before the needle to actually put her to sleep so she would be relaxed and not anxious. When they gave her the needle they couldn’t seem to find a vein.. for 5 minutes they made the poor dog scream. My mother had never heard her dog scream like this. When they finally got the needle in (which my mother thought was the one to relax her) she screamed like she was being brutally murdered. My mother later found out this was the main needle and they didn’t even bother to give the poor dog the sedation as they told her they would. My mother has had 20 plus dogs in her 75 years and has never seen the likes of this cruelty. She said, “they murdered my dog”! She will have this to remember for the rest of her life. The manager calls my mother back saying how very sorry he was and in hind sight they should have used the sedation needle first. This made things worse given the fact my mother insisted on this needle to begin with. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. As a matter a fact I will be telling everyone I know to avoid it at all costs! Read Less
