Apparently I am unable to book an appointment for my cat as I am not on the file? How ridiculous is that???? I have been coming here with my cat for over 2 years. I have made appointments before. I go in regularly to pick up my cat's food. They always put the receipt on the file. I have paid for every visit. Yet today, when I called, I was unable to book an appt for my cat as the file is under my husband's name. If this was an issue with them, they should have taken the initiative to put me on the file at some point every time I paid them. Not to worry, I will not be paying them again. I have found a new vet.

This Veterinary Clinic is beyond 5 stars in my opinion. I transferred from another local Vet and WOW - what a complete difference! The care, compassion and communication is outstanding! We love Dr. Linda, she was the utmost informative and compassionate vet we have encountered in a long time. We heard amazing things about the other vet working there too, we just haven't met her yet. We had 3 cats, one who recently passed - we luckily had just moved him over here to receive proper care that was missed by the previous clinic. Even though we had to put him down, our suffering and loss was comforted by the staff and Dr. Linda there. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the difference you make in our pets lives and the concern you have for your clientele. You are top rate.

Compassionate and professional in our emergency. Dr. Natalie Soligo and staff, on March 17, were everything one would hope for in a difficult time. We were visiting family in the area when one of our senior dogs became greatly distressed; he does have a complicated medical history. It was clear he wasn't going to make it this time. No one wants to make the decision we inevitably had to make, especially far from home so, to have a veterinarian team who provided careful evaluation with compassion, who sat with us, who let us take our time in saying our goodbyes, was a balm on a very hard day. They also followed up with a lovely sympathy card which we received here at home. If we lived in the Elora area there is no question of which veterinary service we would call ours.

I can't say enough good things about these beautiful people at the Elora Gorge Animal hospital. Everyone is so very helpful and willing to take that extra step to give information, research options, sit and talk with you until you feel you have all the information you need. I never feel rushed or that I'm taking up their time. They are even so humble to admit if they don't know the answer, but I can guarantee they will have it and let you know!
I just can't say enough good things. Dr. Linda was also so very warm, kind and considerate when she delivered the news that my Dante was very sick. We actually sat on the floor together and cried.

We made the decision to euthanize our dog because of some genetic complications. The experience was better because we chose this facility.
The staff were very mindful of our grief. They accommodated our family being there, and were patient while explaining the procedures.
Once it was time for our last few minutes with our dog, we were comforted and given the time we needed. I would recommend this Animal Hospital without question.

We were recommended Elora Gorge Animal Hospital by a friend. Based on our experience, we'd totally recommend them to anyone. They are very nice and very caring vets, but also are really practical with treatments and advice, and very reasonable compared with vets in K-W and Guelph. We're going through some serious issues with our dog now, and we can't say enough good things about how they've handled it.

This Veterinary Clinic is beyond 5 stars in my opinion. I transferred from another local Vet and WOW - what a complete difference! The care, compassion and communication is outstanding! The staff were very mindful of our grief. They accommodated our family being there, and were patient while explaining the procedures.
Once it was time for our last few minutes with our dog, we were comforted and given the time we needed. I would recommend this Animal Hospital without question.
