I agree with M it seems it all was about the money in the end, bad enough spca made me go see them, they charged me almost 100 dollars to tell me something I already knew and make me pay for painkille...
I agree with M it seems it all was about the money in the end, bad enough spca made me go see them, they charged me almost 100 dollars to tell me something I already knew and make me pay for painkillers that she did not require at all... and when I returned to put her down I was charged an outrageous price. Nice staff and everything but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in this area unless they are rich...

Just want to take a moment to thank everyone at the Englehart Animal Hospital for the excellent care they always give our dogs, but especially with our boy Max on such a horrible day. This was a couple of weeks ago, but in the mail today was a sympathy card with a beautiful quote about dogs for Bob and I ! It is covered in signatures with a hand written note about happy memories with Max - so thoughtful. This animal hospital is unlike .... well, I won't say it, but they take care of the HUMAN and not just the animal. No pressure, no sales pitches, no outrageous costs....THANK YOU ENGLEHART ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!

Although the ladies at the front desk were more than friendly, still prepare yourself for a total lack of respect from the vet team working in the back. If there's anything they can judge about you, your questions, or your care as a pet owner - they'll do it with total disregard to your presence in the next room. At least 3-4 of the staff partook in loudly scoffing about what had just been briefly discussed in my waiting room regarding my pet, without any details as to why things were the way they were. Although I made the vet apologize to me, I wonder how often they talk about their clients in such a disrespectful manner.
