Diesel is our 15 year barn cat . He has alway been really healthy but last couple years he has had couple issues . He is always so good to go to Dr Footmana . He feels relaxed and comfortable when he is there . Receptionist is one of the rudest, most unhelpful and owning the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a woman. Unacceptable! I’ve been there approx. 5-6 times, even dropped $2300. for surgery on my cat. Attempted to order my specialty cat food on 2 different occasions, waiting, and waiting, month later, never did get it, even asked 3 months later. I Inquire about it and she speaks to me like I’m annoying her. No problem getting it same day in Brampton. Dr Footman is great but if they want my 3 pets to visit again he’ll have to get rid of that horrible woman! She has just lost him $$ in business from me as I’ve had enough of her unprofessional attitude ! I’d rather drive 2 hours away to my old vet, they at least treat you with respect and courtesy.
