Our facility features an indoor heated salt water pool for dog fitness and fun, underwater treadmill for post surgical cases, arthritic, geriatric dogs, a land treadmill "jog-a-dog" for dog fitness and training, acupuncture, chiropractic exam room, and more.

-to say I experienced great customer service is an understatement. They really go above and beyond to help you and your pet.

Please do not take your beloved pets to this vet office. My dog was misdiagnosed and we were overcharged for the care we received. Definitely did not return and would never recommend this vet to anyon...

Got my first puppy a couple months ago and got a recommendation from a friend to try this place out. Oh my goodness it's all I hoped for and more. Fantastic team of people who work there and you can tell they really really care about what they do. Piper loves going to see Dr Vicki and enjoys all the love she gets while there. :-)

Moving to the Windsor area from the GTA left me quite nervous to leave my vet. After thorough research I decided Essex Animal Hospital would be the one to try out. I have been so pleased with every experience so far! I've had two situations where I needed appointment ASAP, and each time got an appointment the same day I called. All the staff has been so friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, even my dogs love the vet! Keep up the great work! :)

Sherman had nearly 12 years of monthly visits for his baths and all other health care needs. The staff has always been incredible to him! Was dearly touched by the lovely sympathy card from the staff...

Unfortunately Sierra my Chow Chow is an accident waiting to happen. Last year she required therapy for her front leg. Her Rehab was done in the underwater treadmill then laser treatments. It did wonders for her she was as good as new. I am very thankful that we have this great facility close to home. The darn squirrels and rabbits are back again; so we are back in rehab again this time it is a back leg. Essex Animal Hospital is a great facility, staffed by very caring & knowledgeable staff.

Great wellness center with pool, underwater treadmill and more. A short 15-20 minute ride once over the bridge and well worth the travel!

Moving to the Windsor area from the GTA left me quite nervous to leave my vet. After thorough research I decided Essex Animal Hospital would be the one to try out. I have been so pleased with every experience so far! I've had two situations where I needed appointment ASAP, and each time got an appointment the same day I called. Unfortunately Sierra my Chow Chow is an accident waiting to happen. Last year she required therapy for her front leg. Her Rehab was done in the underwater treadmill then laser treatments. It did wonders for her she was as good as new. I am very thankful that we have this great facility close to home. The darn squirrels and rabbits are back again; so we are back in rehab again this time it is a back leg. Essex Animal Hospital is a great facility, staffed by very caring & knowledgeable staff.
