WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.This is a lengthy review but please take a moment to read it if you are considering taking your pet to this vet.I brought my Border Collie in about five or so months ago because he had a bump on his arm. Along with three cats, four other dogs and some humans, we all waited close to 90 minutes to see the vet.A lady and her teenage daughter came out and the daughter was crying. All I could hear was the sound of a Husky being tortured. I thought they were putting the dog down but, as it turned out, he was only there for a visit. I should have gone with my instincts and ran for the hills but I was already committed. When the vet (I don't recall his name) finally saw my dog, it was like he had no experience with pets whatsoever. My dog, who is extremely friendly and loves everyone, was actually growling a little bit at him so, like the Husky, they had to muzzle him up. His voice was like the evil version of Raj from The Big Bang Theory saying "nice doggy, nice doggy."After just quickly examining the bump, he started to scare me and tell me that it was cancerous and he needed it removed ASAP for $1,200 AND I might have to pay more after that as they would have to test the bump. He prescribed some cream ($35) and an cone that was 10 sizes too big for my dog. When I paid and was in the parking lot, the assistant came running out like I had stolen something because she forgot to charge me $16 for the cone. When we got home, because the cone was too big, it fell off and I couldn't put the cream on. Fast forward three days later. I got a call from the vet saying that it was just a cyst and not cancer but I should still proceed with the surgery. I told him about the cone incident and how I couldn't put the cream on so he told me to return both items and he would give me a refund. The next day I returned with the items for the refund and was told that, despite what the vet had promised, the wife refused to return the money. To top it all off, the wife refused to come out of the back and see me but instead had the two young assistants do her dirty work. No amount of arguing was going to get the crooked wife to return my money so I cancelled the surgery and never returned. When I mentioned the incident to a friend, she told me that her boyfriend had taken his dog there and he also had a really bad experience. Apparently, the dog wanted to bite the vet when he's never bitten anyone in his life.I ended up taking my dog to another vet and Kipling Bloor's diagnosis was wrong; he had a growth and not a cyst nor cancer. Again, avoid at all costs. Read Less
