I’ve been coming to bloormill for years and have never once been disappointed with Dr. Wise or Dr. Mac. They are so sweet and gentle with my dog who is highly anxious and take their time making us all feel comfortable. Took our dog here and they did an x-ray stating that they saw something very alarming and concerning. I was then informed that one vet said to do surgery. Came to find out after they did surgery that all it was,was inflammation and GAS. Read Less

Been coming here for a couple years now and I absolutely love It! They are so good to my 2 rabbits and my cat. They are extremely knowledgeable and were always able to answer all of my questions. They are so gentle with the animals and do all that they can to make sure they're comfortable. One time we forgot the cats collar there and when we went back the next time, they had it waiting for us with a sticky note with my name on it. I completely trust them with all of my animals, they have helped me through a few scary situations and I know that they'll be able to help me in the future as well. Went to this clinic after a horrible experience at Renforth Animal Clinic. Staff were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Vet was wonderful. Gave us a couple of treatment options for our dog who had a skin infection. Vet not at all interested in gauging us for money. Prices reasonable. Will definitely be going back.Read Less

I bring both of my cats here, and I can't imagine bringing them anywhere else. They have an absolutely amazing staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, and patient. Adopted a cat and I was not made aware that she was not well. Within a short amount of time it became clear that something was wrong. She was coughing and vomiting. Read the great reviews and took my cat into see Dr. Wise. Dr. Wise is knowledgeable, professional and very caring. The staff at the clinic are just as awesome. After some exams/xrays it was found that my cat had an infection. I was given two weeks of antibiotics to her and I am happy to write that she is doing just fine. She is no longer vomitting or coughing. She is a happy cat and I am very happy that I took her in to this clinic! Thanks to all! ! Read Less

BloorMill Veterinary hospital had been fantastic with all my animals. I have been seeing Dr. Hill and his dedicated staff since I was a little girl with my family dog Lady.  He was compassionate and although very young, he made an impression and gained both my parents and my respect right from the beginning. I currently have two cats and two dogs and continue to go to BloorMill as I trust their advice and feel comfortable to know that they will provide my pets with the upmost care. Words cannot explain the gratitude and happiness to know that there is a veterinary hospital that cares about both their four legged clients as well as their pet parents. Worst place to visit, DR. Hill was horrible to deal with. We had some concerns over our kittens prescriptions so we voiced them in a normal way.  He turned into basically a teenage girl telling us we are mean and told us to leave. When a patient has a concern you should go over it and resolve it, not tell us that you cant trust us and that you don't want to treat us. Our concern was legit, they wanted us to come in multiple times and we had at least 5 vitamins and prescriptions over the course of 10 days. They prescribed a 10 day regimen and gave us day 1-2 in a pill form (17$ dispensing fee) with day 3-10 in liquid. We brought this concern up to "DR" Hill and he told us he didn't trust us and we should leave....we were not rude, we did some comparison shopping and asked him why he charges 3x the average cost for the same drugs... He told us to leave. For someone who "loves" animals he didn't show any compassion or understanding. Do not go here if you care for your pet!! Its a clear case of someone being in the business for the wrong reasons. I don't complain to my clients (I work in sales) how much it costs to provide service to them. Read Less

They have been fantastic with Ms. Raggamuffin!Dr. Chui has been great to deal with. Very professional, and listens to the owner thoroughly. You can tell they love animals.The location has lots of parking as it is in a strip mall.The clinic is a bit small but (most importantly) the services I have received for my kitty have been spot on!
