If you love or even value your pet, you will stay FAR away from this place. The staff here know nothing about veterinary medicine and will experiment on your pet until they either die or go into serious organ failure. Upon purchasing a puppy she was taken to this clinic as it was mistakenly selected to be the go-to vet for her. Upon the first visit for a complete puppy checkup, the findings came back that she was healthy and had no issue or heart murmurs. The vet didn’t even bother to offer to do any blood work or any X-rays. Fast forward to the next appointment a month after, on the Tuesday, which was for DHPP booster shots only, they gave her it as well as an extra “recommended” Bordetella vaccine to which we never requested or wanted. The next day she began throwing up and defecating diarrhea and sleeping all day. This is a puppy that was completely happy and playful, eating well and having very good stools. We took her back here, to which they held her for two days pumping fluids into her and giving her other drugs. Each time she came out of there she was progressively worse and worse and they gave absolutely no answers other than to “come back again tomorrow”. On the following Saturday, which was the weekend of the Thanksgiving long weekend, they sent her home with more drugs and said to come back on Tuesday when they re-open. At this point she was having trouble breathing and it was clear that she is not just having a vaccine reaction. This office never even bothered to refer her to somewhere that can do afterhours or long weekend care in case something happened, they just wanted to add up the invoice. Keep in mind we are now $700 into an issue that arose after they vaccinated her. Not once was blood work or X-ray scans offered. Not once. We decided to take her to the afterhours emergency vet immediately following as she evidently wouldn’t make it through the night, and $2100 later at the emergency hospital it turned out her lungs were filled with fluid from the IV fluids given and her kidneys failed. They also confirmed a heart murmur, one that was not reported at her initial checkup. They also confirmed in their report that there was negligence and lack of due diligence on the vets part in entirety. She went into complete acute renal failure. We had to put her down at midnight on the Saturday. Today is Tuesday, which is the day they were expecting us to bring her in. Guess what, they DIDN'T EVEN CALL TODAY! Stay away from this joke of a “veterinary clinic”. They don’t even let you step into their office so that you don’t see what’s going on. They do consults over the phone and you can hear dogs screaming in the background. Don’t be fooled by the other reviews because almost every client standing outside is always upset at some negligence of theirs. I even overheard that they gave another dog the wrong medications for 2 weeks.

They bailed on a website design without payment at stage of final sign-off and went to another provider after dragging me along with tedious design details for over a year. They stole many of my design concepts. When they approached me about the design and development initially, I was told the sob story of how a previous provider had been inadequate and they walked from them too. Very poor business ethics. Should have taken them to small claims court, but not worth the aggravation. I'm out of that business all together now, partially due to crooks like these. They seem sweet, but they are all about money and I would never trust them with my pets. What goes around comes around though.

I usually have many questions about medical stuff so I appreciate her patience. The place gets a little noisy but that's all animal clinics. I don't go to the vet often. Maybe once a year or once r dry two years but this has always been a good clinic for us

Dr Roncal is a great vet. She has cared for my 2 cats and a dog for years now and I have total confidence in her. She recommends the best, most thorough course of treatment. Of course, that isn't always in everyone's budget. If you are clear with her, in that respect, she will work with you and respect your limitations. When my cat developed ideopathic hepatitis, I couldn't afford to leave her under hospital care, or give her a full round of diagnostic tests. We made an educated guess and she carefully coached me how to feed the cat through the tube, into her esophagus. The cat made a full recovery. If anyone is off-put or feels pushed or rushed, it might be because she has a bit of a stutter and blinky facial tick. Unfortunate, because I think she's pretty great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

The Vet Nancy has been assisting me in raising my German Shepherd since she was 3 months old with annual physicals and periodic issues like sprained muscles and ear infections. She looks after all of my pet's vaccines. I also purchase all of my pet's food and shampoo. I also often bring in my pet for professional grooming and board my pet there once or twice annually when I go on vacations where I am at facilities which cannot accommodate my pet. I give Nancy and her clinic 5 stars easily for the following reasons: Since my pet met Nancy at 3 months old she connected fondly with her. Nancy has a natural ability to connect with dogs like Cesar Milan the "Dog Whisperer". Even though we go there for annual vaccines my pet actually gets very excited to see her and enjoys her visits to the clinic. The clinic always has an abundance of caring and well trained staff. My pet is now 8 years old and looks the picture of health thanks to Nancy's excellent care. Nancy is well versed in both traditional treatments as well as natural and holistic ones and usually offers me options for both where possible. A few years ago my pet was involved in a motor vehicle accident that she was fortunate to survive. Due to this occurring around midnight I had to bring my pet to an emergency clinic in the Yorkville area of Toronto. The clinic had state of the art equipment and an impressive list of specialists and my pet had good emergency treatment there for the first couple of days however I really was not satisfied until I could have Nancy see my pet 4 days after the event. She not only knows my dog well but she was able to observe a few things the other clinic had missed and monitored my pets recovery over the next couple of weeks. My pet and I are very fortunate to have Nancy looking after her health and well being and my pet adores her. Nancy always takes time to properly explain to me the pro and cons, the effects and side effects and acts as a true professional always.

I've been taking my dog here since 2006. I drive out of my neighborhood to come to this clinic as it was recommended by a friend. I'm a fussy puppy parent, reading about dog health, nutrition, etc. However, Dr. Roncol always respects my wishes and opinions. She educates me on what she knows, but she is not pushy. Dr. Roncol is an extremely compassionate and kind person. We've had some emergencies, and she always goes above and beyond my expectations. When my dog is sick, she calls the next day to see how she is doing. She is gentle and sweet with my dog. Her rates are quite reasonable. She's also very honest- she never recommends extra treatment or items just to make a buck. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Roncal is so money hungry it is ridiculous and disgusting. She should not be working with animals because it is clear she does not have a love/passion for them. All she wants is the hard-earned money of pet owners because we actually love and care for them. This place needs to be shut down because she does not operate morally or ethically at all.I have never seen her play with or give treats to either of my dogs. My one dog absolutely hates her and I should've stopped coming here sooner. Our last visit we spent about $700 and that was after declining numerous unnecessary tests and medications. This woman always tries to up-sell her overpriced services which are not even effective.Animal doctors should be held to the same standards as human doctors.

I walked in there inquiring about a type of dog food and was quoted $106.00. after calling to have ALL of my dogs file transferred from another vet clinic (thinking this would be a great place to go) they quoted me $130 + Tax - the lady on the phone said she would have to call me back after I explained to her the pricing problem, after over 1 hour of waiting i called the clinic back and had to RE EXPLAIN my problem again and the lady started arguing with me then hung up on me! After calling back I had Dr. Nancy answer and scream at me telling me that this is the price and i was quoted a price that was in the system from a different DISCONTINUE dog food. I attempted to explain that it is not my fault that they do not keep up to date files and that the dog food they quoted me as actually discontinued 3 years ago (I had known this due to my dog being on that food once), she eventually hung up on me after she probably realized that I knew that they CLEARLY were making up their own mark-up and pricing.
This vet clinic takes advantage of poor pet owners with random pricing mark ups. Their service is not for the pet but for their own money hunger gain.
I do not suggest you go to this clinic, i have also already reported them to the Better Business Bureau

The staff here know nothing about veterinary medicine and will experiment on your pet until they either die or go into serious organ failure. The Vet Nancy has been assisting me in raising my German Shepherd since she was 3 months old with annual physicals and periodic issues like sprained muscles and ear infections. She looks after all of my pet's vaccines. I also purchase all of my pet's food and shampoo. I also often bring in my pet for professional grooming and board my pet there once or twice annually when I go on vacations where I am at facilities which cannot accommodate my pet. I give Nancy and her clinic 5 stars easily for the following reasons: Since my pet met Nancy at 3 months old she connected fondly with her. Nancy has a natural ability to connect with dogs like Cesar Milan the "Dog Whisperer". Even though we go there for annual vaccines my pet actually gets very excited to see her and enjoys her visits to the clinic. The clinic always has an abundance of caring and well trained staff. My pet is now 8 years old and looks the picture of health thanks to Nancy's excellent care. Nancy is well versed in both traditional treatments as well as natural and holistic ones and usually offers me options for both where possible. A few years ago my pet was involved in a motor vehicle accident that she was fortunate to survive. Due to this occurring around midnight I had to bring my pet to an emergency clinic in the Yorkville area of Toronto. The clinic had state of the art equipment and an impressive list of specialists and my pet had good emergency treatment there for the first couple of days however I really was not satisfied until I could have Nancy see my pet 4 days after the event. She not only knows my dog well but she was able to observe a few things the other clinic had missed and monitored my pets recovery over the next couple of weeks. My pet and I are very fortunate to have Nancy looking after her health and well being and my pet adores her. Nancy always takes time to properly explain to me the pro and cons, the effects and side effects and acts as a true professional always.

I've been taking my dog here since 2006. I drive out of my neighborhood to come to this clinic as it was recommended by a friend. I'm a fussy puppy parent, reading about dog health, nutrition, etc. However, Dr. Roncol always respects my wishes and opinions. She educates me on what she knows, but she is not pushy. Dr. Roncol is an extremely compassionate and kind person. We've had some emergencies, and she always goes above and beyond my expectations. When my dog is sick, she calls the next day to see how she is doing. She is gentle and sweet with my dog. Her rates are quite reasonable. She's also very honest- she never recommends extra treatment or items just to make a buck. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Roncal is so money hungry it is ridiculous and disgusting. She should not be working with animals because it is clear she does not have a love/passion for them. All she wants is the hard-earned money of pet owners because we actually love and care for them. This place needs to be shut down because she does not operate morally or ethically at all.I have never seen her play with or give treats to either of my dogs. My one dog absolutely hates her and I should've stopped coming here sooner. Our last visit we spent about $700 and that was after declining numerous unnecessary tests and medications. This woman always tries to up-sell her overpriced services which are not even effective.Animal doctors should be held to the same standards as human doctors.

It takes a lot of patience (and patients) to work in an animal clinic. And not necessarily because of the pets! I've brought dogs, cats and hamsters there and they always receive the best of care. I walked in there inquiring about a type of dog food and was quoted $106.00. after calling to have ALL of my dogs file transferred from another vet clinic (thinking this would be a great place to go) they quoted me $130 + Tax - the lady on the phone said she would have to call me back after I explained to her the pricing problem, after over 1 hour of waiting i called the clinic back and had to RE EXPLAIN my problem again and the lady started arguing with me then hung up on me! After calling back I had Dr. Nancy answer and scream at me telling me that this is the price and i was quoted a price that was in the system from a different DISCONTINUE dog food. I attempted to explain that it is not my fault that they do not keep up to date files and that the dog food they quoted me as actually discontinued 3 years ago (I had known this due to my dog being on that food once), she eventually hung up on me after she probably realized that I knew that they CLEARLY were making up their own mark-up and pricing.
This vet clinic takes advantage of poor pet owners with random pricing mark ups. Their service is not for the pet but for their own money hunger gain.
I do not suggest you go to this clinic, i have also already reported them to the Better Business Bureau

We have been bringing out pets there since 2004. The Dr is always very friendly and cares about animals. We feel like they are very fair and that they don't try to suggest unnecessary things just to make money. The Dr will make recommendations but is not pushy and respects your decisions.

PLUS, everytime i leave a message off regular hours, i ALWAYS get a call back the next morning - such a caring team of staff :)
