I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and compassion exhibited by both the doctors and staff at this veterinary clinic. I feel compelled to share my experience. Regarding the issue with Daisy's deafness, I had specifically requested to see a specialist, and it was not suggested by Dr. Bullard or Ajay Bhullar despite mentioning multiple times her issues with her ears, the first time Dr. Bullar checked them and said they were fine, my friend who was with me also commented that they should remove the hair in her ears and he said “no it’s there for a reason” another time when I was seen by Dr. Ajay he suggested an ear wash and some drops which did not improve her inflammation. When I suggested to see a specialist there were delays in transferring Daisy's medical records to the specialist clinic. Additionally, while there is an appointment scheduled in May, the process of arranging it was unnecessarily arduous. Regarding Daisy's breathing episode, there was a misunderstanding regarding the improvement of her condition. At no point did I claim she had improved significantly. When discussing her symptoms with Dr. Ajay, his recommendation was to proceed with X-rays, not a discount. As a pet insurance holder who consistently pays in full, there was no reason for me to request a discount. I would also like to mention Dr. Bullar suggested for Daisy to be put under anesthesia for her dental without even acknowledging the fact that she has a collapsed trachea and is at high risk for complications, I’m not even a Vet and I know this!!??? Furthermore, Dr. Bullar is the one who became hostile once I began questioning his process and he canceled it because I would not agree to his unreasonable demands, including payment in full prior to the appointment and the request for Daisy to remain at the clinic until the appointment was completed. When I did agree to make an $600 payment upfront I attempted to obtain a receipt for payment, I was met with refusal, which is unacceptable. The lack of compassion, negligence, and apparent focus on financial gain over patient care is deeply concerning. It is evident that Daisy's well-being was not the priority during these interactions. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience return to this clinic for future care. I urge the clinic to address these issues promptly and take steps to ensure that other pet owners do not experience similar mistreatment. In addition to the concerns previously mentioned, I must highlight another significant issue. Despite multiple requests, Daisy's medical records have not been sent to me. This lack of responsiveness and failure to provide essential medical documentation further undermines my trust in the clinic's ability to handle patient care and administrative tasks effectively. Furthermore, it is evident that the front staff members require further training and lack sufficient experience. Their handling of appointments, billing, and communication with clients has been subpar, contributing to the overall dissatisfaction with my experiences at the clinic. It is my sincere hope that the clinic management takes these criticisms seriously and implements comprehensive measures to address the shortcomings in patient care, administrative processes, and staff training. Only through such improvements can the clinic regain the trust and confidence of its clients and provide the level of service and care that our beloved pets deserve. Read Less
