Brought my corgi here after he ruptured his ACL. Greg was extremely confident that his suture procedure was his best option after assessing him and reviewing his X-ray. He was very dismissive when asked if he may need a more invasive procedure. Two weeks later we came back for the surgery. After sedating him and giving him an epidural they suddenly decided he did need the more invasive procedure and stopped. There was no reason it should have gotten that far. They then gave us a $350 bill (after charging us $100 for his initial consult). He sent his tech out to talk to us instead of facing us himself. Even she said she “took off as much as he would let her” from the bill. And now we are back at square one waiting to book another consult with a different vet. Brutal. Read Less
