It was a real displeasure working with South Tower! They had a hard time sending a prescription to the pharmacy. Had to call them 3 times to resend a refill for a siezure medication over a week period...
It was a real displeasure working with South Tower! They had a hard time sending a prescription to the pharmacy. Had to call them 3 times to resend a refill for a siezure medication over a week period. My dog had one pill left before they finally had it sent over, but not before I was rudely interrupted twice during a conversation, to figure out why the prescription wasnt sent over to the pharmacy. I believe her name was Pat. Had to request an email of the prescription during the third call aswell to make sure my dog didnt suffer a life altering seizure next day as she would have been out of medication. A week and a half notice for the prescription and still no documents were recieved by shoppers. Highly suggest you go elsewhere!! They are rude, overpriced and clearly unable to perform a simple task of refilling a prescription. Unfortunetely, 0 stars wasnt an option!

Absolutley appalling experience I had - a what was supposed to be a complementary exam. Brought my 9 year old cat in she’s been having blood in her stool thus why I brought her in I commute from Kitchener so I had to make a late appointment 730 got in had her pre examined by 2 I’m assuming students who were so nice then said the vet would come in shortly after. Ohh and he did !!! He looked very annoyed even having to look at her she was on the floor immediately grabbed her neck and forced her on the table of course any cat would react and mine did hissed and swatted at him. Then he procceds to tell me because she’s in attack mode he would no be able to look at her and would have to sadate her ( more money?) tells me I can try adding more fiber to her diet if I wanted to try anything (hand on the door ready to leave)I said after grabbing my cat the way you did any cat would react that way and he try’s to tell me it’s supposed to calm them down ( yeah right) I have been to a vet before with her and no one of them have ever treated her this way! Literally had a 730 appointment was gone and out by 745 in tears with my 5 year old daughter ( her first vet experience I might add- watching her beloved cat treated this way!) I asked him about a glove cause the 2 students mentioned he could use one if she wanted to try to scratch— he said since being in attack mode he wouldn’t even attempt it) as quickly as he left I immediately picked up my cat up just fine and started crying the poor receptionist seemed soo bewildered as I’m holding my poor kiara by what had just happened soo I told her about his horrible treatment I know never to go to this animal hospital and I will be advising anyone to stay away who loves their animals horrible vet who should be fired!!!!!! Ohh and no exam so my poor cat must go another day or two till I can find someone who can actually tell me what’s wrong with her... I feel so robbed of my time and I’m soo sad I brought my cat here... please if you love your animal do not bring you animal here!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly staff and knowledgable doctor. My dog was quite sick, and thousands of dollars down after visiting few doctors we still had no answers. We were recommended to come to South Tower and our experience has been amazing. The doctor made my dog comfortable by chatting with him and getting to know him first. He did a thorough exam, and figured out the problem. After 1 week of treatment, my munchkin looked better than ever and you could tell the difference in his health. I owe my dog's life to this place.
Not to mention, i live in Toronto and its totally worth the two hour drive!

My Cat is staying overnight at this hospital right now and I arrived after hours. Dr.Oren and the rest of his team had no issues staying late and explained everything in detail when doing the procedure. I felt they were beyond helpful. Dr. Oren visits the hospital after hours to check up on overnight patients and this lowers my stress level of the situation a lot. Even when I needed to go out for a walk to decide on what to do they had no issues with that. Compassionate about your needs when it comes to your pet.

South Tower Animal Hospital is hands-down the best clinic out there! They are SO friendly, compassionate, and loving towards their furry creatures! My little one had to get dentistry done and I was blown away with the compassion and loyalty in the service provided. They made phone calls, follow-ups, and made sure my baby was okay at all times. I thought there was no hope with difficult past vets, but boy was I wrong! They are the best out there and know exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend the vets and their amazing team there! I'm certain that Dr. Oren and his staff will provide awesome care for your pet , while demonstrating compassion for both you and your pet.
I am a large animal veterinarian fostering a dog for a local rescue. This dog had extensive surgery performed for multiple ailments. The staff genuinely cares about the detail in their jobs, the concerns of the clients, and the medical and emotional care for their patients.
I'll be making a change to this clinic for my dog's future surgical / dental needs!

Best clinic we have been to. We are from Toronto and were recommended to take our 10 year old cat for surgery to have a tumour removed to South Tower. They did not over charge us and took exceptional care of Lynyrd for his two day, one night stay. They kept in contact with me before, during, and after his surgery. They were so friendly and loving to him and make sure that he was comfortable and watched the entire time. We are forever grateful for their dedication and compassion for their patients. I thank them with all my heart for doing what they could for my dog Saydee even though it's their job I can tell they truly love animals. We changed to this clinic originally because I had worked with the previous veterinarian and staff as a co-op student. However, the current vet now is just as awesome and cares about the animals, and the staff still remains amazing. They are kind, caring, and friendly!
As long as that good atmosphere remains, for sure I will keep bringing my (and my family's) pet(s) to them. :)

Had to call them 3 times to resend a refill for a siezure medication over a week period. My dog had one pill left before they finally had it sent over, but not before I was rudely interrupted twice during a conversation, to figure out why the prescription wasnt sent over to the pharmacy. I believe her name was Pat. Very friendly staff and knowledgable doctor. My dog was quite sick, and thousands of dollars down after visiting few doctors we still had no answers. We were recommended to come to South Tower and our experience has been amazing. The doctor made my dog comfortable by chatting with him and getting to know him first. He did a thorough exam, and figured out the problem. After 1 week of treatment, my munchkin looked better than ever and you could tell the difference in his health. I owe my dog's life to this place.
Not to mention, i live in Toronto and its totally worth the two hour drive!

My Cat is staying overnight at this hospital right now and I arrived after hours. Dr.Oren and the rest of his team had no issues staying late and explained everything in detail when doing the procedure. I felt they were beyond helpful. Dr. Oren visits the hospital after hours to check up on overnight patients and this lowers my stress level of the situation a lot. Even when I needed to go out for a walk to decide on what to do they had no issues with that. Compassionate about your needs when it comes to your pet.

She has gained weight and seems to have now adopted me and because of ur kind generosity there will be no new stay kittens on St Andrew street. "St Andi" is now safe and warm at night.

Best clinic we have been to. We are from Toronto and were recommended to take our 10 year old cat for surgery to have a tumour removed to South Tower. They did not over charge us and took exceptional care of Lynyrd for his two day, one night stay. They kept in contact with me before, during, and after his surgery. They were so friendly and loving to him and make sure that he was comfortable and watched the entire time. We are forever grateful for their dedication and compassion for their patients. Thanks Dr. Levstein and your team!

Everyone that works at South Tower is amazing and treated my girl Saydee like gold and my dog actually gets excited when she sees them. I thank them with all my heart for doing what they could for my dog Saydee even though it's their job I can tell they truly love animals. I thank all of them for helping my dog regain her health as things were looking grim. It means the world to me I couldn't ask for a better Vet :)

We changed to this clinic originally because I had worked with the previous veterinarian and staff as a co-op student. However, the current vet now is just as awesome and cares about the animals, and the staff still remains amazing. They are kind, caring, and friendly!
As long as that good atmosphere remains, for sure I will keep bringing my (and my family's) pet(s) to them. :)
