The secretary Hollie is an extremely awful person. After a stressful misunderstanding and rescheduling an appointment, I was turned away on the rescheduled appointment (drop off 8am-12pm) and gaslighted as if it was my fault, then she refused to reschedule a second time because I was to blame for the original appointment not going as planned (again, a misunderstanding) and my priorities weren’t “straight”. I left in a panic attack and tears as the appointment was an emergency. This woman needs to be fired for her complete disregard for other people.

Dr. Todd is the only veterinarian we trust with our pets. She's been our Vet for many years. The entire staff are always very compassionate and helpful. (especially during stressful times when a few of our pets were extremely ill).

Dr Todd is a very knowledgeable, patient vet. My dog is very nervous and she took extra time to try to make the visit less stressful. Office staff is great too.

I have been taking my pets to Dr Todd for over 10 years now. She recently moved to Fonthill and we followed her there - beautiful clinic! We would never take our pets anywhere else! She is the most caring vet and always takes the time to make sure our pets are comfortable and to answer all our questions. She is very knowledgable, easy to talk to and most of all, she genuinely loves animals!

The secretary Hollie is an extremely awful person. After a stressful misunderstanding and rescheduling an appointment, I was turned away on the rescheduled appointment (drop off 8am-12pm) and gaslighted as if it was my fault, then she refused to reschedule a second time because I was to blame for the original appointment not going as planned (again, a misunderstanding) and my priorities weren’t “straight”.
