All I wanted was a break down and understand the charges, asking to explain/understand the break down, I didn’t think I was an overreach.

We have had such lovely treatment every time we had contact with the Team.
This is so sad to do .....however after speaking with Natasha over the phone I really was left with feeling like I was such ...
We have had such lovely treatment every time we had contact with the Team.
This is so sad to do .....however after speaking with Natasha over the phone I really was left with feeling like I was such a burden/bother to her. I received a messaged and called back in wanting some clarification on the break down of proposed charges and Natasha's reply was so flippant.....one reply went something like this "three months from when your dog received it last".
She had our dogs file on the screen in front of her…..my reply was ok I will go through my invoices and figure it out.
That was shocking to me.....can you imagine? What kind of service is that …..so I paused and looked through all of my invoices (luckily I have an organized file system, with Everything). Three times in the conversation, I mentioned it sounds like you are busy, and also mentioned, if she was too busy at the moment that she could call me back . ALL Three times she replied no she was free to speak…..
The care and customer service has always been stellar .....sadly this interaction, we were let down.

I have taken both of my dogs here for many years. I never have problems getting same day appointments. The staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgable; and the doctors have always nailed their dia...
I have taken both of my dogs here for many years. I never have problems getting same day appointments. The staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgable; and the doctors have always nailed their diagnosis'. Their great prices are just a bonus.

After moving thought we found a good vet unfortunately I was wrong. When a serious condition presents itself over night and vet is totally unable and unwilling to squeeze dog in then it's time to con...
After moving thought we found a good vet unfortunately I was wrong. When a serious condition presents itself over night and vet is totally unable and unwilling to squeeze dog in then it's time to consider looking for a vet with more caring and compassion. Prices were good but you just gotta go with your heart. It's not all about cost when it comes to your loyal, loving best friend. Out of curiosity called my old vet in Grimsby and was told that under no circumstances would they turn him away given the severity of his symptoms. Even if they were fully booked they would definitely make time. They also told me to go with my heart and that is why files for three dogs are being transferred to another vet.

John has years of experience and is able to diagnose almost any condition. Very caring person both for our pets and the owners. Have been going there for 25 years.

I have sent all my pets here for annual care and emergencies. The care is amazing and the price is realistic. Love them.
