Such terrific people at this clinic! This is not a given based on my experience with animal clinics and vets in this area, such as the one in my town, Odessa, which is horrible,  and also in other areas. They have a holistic vet on hand as well, which makes it so much better for someone like me, and also for my fur babies. Love this clinic and the vets and Doc Tox. They are conventionally trained yes, but as I said, the option is provided by their holistic vet. Fabulous. I always feel like they care for their patients and their best outcomes. All the staff are amazing and competent. From the minute you walk in the door till the time you leave you know your pet is in good hands. I was referred here by a friend almost 7 years ago as my sweet dog Joey had jumped off the bed and was paralyzed. He spent a week in another clinic and was sent home . The only  option they gave me was surgery . I did not want to put my Joey through surgery. Dr. Morag did acupuncture and chiropractic treatment on Joey and after many months of hard work and perseverance on her part, mine and Joeys he slowly regained use of his legs and proudly hiked 60 km a week with me! Dr. Toxopeus saved my dogs life. He went far, far beyond the call of duty for her and managed to take a dog with a death sentence and, together with an amazing team, help her pull through. This is the BEST furbaby hospital ever!!!! Amazing, compassionate, loving staff ....They always take the time to answer questions, no matter how busy they are and truly understand the smiles and tears that come with being a pet parent. It's been a difficult few months since we lost our big boy Dawson but Dr. McMurray made that day as easy as it could be. She has always been respectful and compassionate with all of our dogs. That awful day she was fully booked but still gave us the time and sympathy that we needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Absolutely fantastic. My family had to put our pet rabbit down after many years. They were truly amazing. They dealt with the situation with such compassion and cared for the rabbit as much as the rest of the family.
