We had a horrible unprofessional experience with our cat. I am filing a letter of complaint with the collage due to negligence, unsanitary place, vet's horribly stained coat and negligent treatment or lack of (handing me a paper towel to cover cat's heavily bleeding wound after vet's "treatment" while he wipes the table???). Not only are they efficient and knowledgable, but the entire staff has amazing "bedside manner" and are able to put both their patients and the owners at ease. I'm going to start this negative review off by saying the techs were very great and nice. I would then say if you love your pet not to bring them here. I had an issue with a kitten (who when was brought to my normal vet had very minor gastorintestinal issues) and the vet kept him for 2 nights (and attempted a third) gave innapropriate medications for the symptoms of diarrhea. When the kitten came home his bum was so raw and sore (even worse than it was after having diarrhea for a weak). The vet said after the first night that he was safe to come home, and when my partner went to pick him up he did " a routine test" and found "blood in his stool" which to me sounded like a traumatic cause. when the kitten returned he was experiencing the EXACT SAME symptoms. nothing changed except he was more traumatized. The two vets working seemed to communicate poorly (they dewormed him twice it sounds) My own vet treated him, and his symptoms were gone within 2 days. He's gained weight and is a happy kitten. she said what she did was the most routine thing for a kitten with diarrhea - and when given the information from the old vet (they didn't transfer records) she was concerned and unsure why and what they did. They also don't have any transperancy - in fact when we arrived to pick up the kitten they looked at me and made sure they closed the door so we couldn't see or hear what they were doing. (They being the vet, not the techs) My spidey senses tingled the whole time i was here - i would never bring a pet here again. Read Less

Theyou took excellent care of my dog bear they reassured me that everything would be fine .... they kept the office opened late to serve us everything was just the best vet service I've ever seen and I've seen atleast 5 vets in the Orleans ares !!! Wonderful veterinarian and staff. Prices are extremely competitive seeing as this is the cheapest vet that I have taken my pups to. I have never had an issue with the quality of service and I am always pleased after I leave. The only issue, if there is to be one, is that there is sometimes quite of a wait. This though is understandable. Some animals may take longer to treat than others. Highly recommend this clinic. A+ Read Less
