If my telephone conversation with Jackie, the office manager, on August 3 is an indication of how the staff is allowed to be so rude and unprofessional with the public, I would never take a pet to your clinic or refer anyone else to you.

the first thing Dr. Dave did when coming into the exam room was to go down onto the floor and introduce himself to my dog. never ever had a vet do that. He and Dr. Nancy take their time and answer ...
the first thing Dr. Dave did when coming into the exam room was to go down onto the floor and introduce himself to my dog. never ever had a vet do that. He and Dr. Nancy take their time and answer all my questions. when something happens to either dogs the staff at the clinic handle my anxiety so well. Dr. Nancy also sends me emails with detailed explanations on the care ;my sick dog needs. After all who remembers what is said after "she will be ok"?
we have only been in goderich 2 years and are so happy with our dogs drs.
would highly recommend them.

Every summer, my dogs are in this clinic for various treatments - intestinal parasites, allergies, root canals, and assorted cuts. Every time Dr. Huebner and Dr. Ridder provide responsive and helpful assistance, going beyond what my dogs require. I trust them completely.

The people, and I do mean all of them, are friendly and very helpful. The vet who has already done one of our dogs teeth, and soon the the other one, is not only great at what he does, but also takes the time to explain everything in detail. Unlike our previous experience in the Toronto area, it's nice to find a professional.

I have taken all of my animals to this Veterinary Hospital and I trust them 100 percent in the care of all of my pets, one dog and three cats! I have been going there for over twenty years!

Horrible service from dr huebener, rude, waited 10hrs to hear about an x ray to be given nothing but a threatening attitude and right in my face stance ... I would not recommend this vet dr huebener to anyone ! I'll be putting a personal complaint into the college of vets about this guy !

He and Dr. Nancy take their time and answer all my questions. when something happens to either dogs the staff at the clinic handle my anxiety so well. Dr. Nancy also sends me emails with detailed explanations on the care ;my sick dog needs. After all who remembers what is said after "she will be ok"?
