Simply outstanding service. My new budgie wasn't doing well and they booked me in a few hours after I called. Veterinarians are so insanely busy but Dr. Vanneval took her time with me; she was calm, kind and caring. She took lots of time to explain what was going on and what options we had for my budgie. It's not about money whatsoever with these caring people. She could have tried to get me to spend money on Xrays but she didn't recommend it and explained why. The next time I came in, I saw a vet technician and they didn't charge me anything!! Can't recommend them more. Thank you Dr. Vanneval for everything you do ☺️🤗🤗

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am beyond grateful that my puppy's neutering appointment is not until June and we can cancel it and make the appointment at a different animal clinic. I took my puppy here to get all his shots which went perfectly fine. Today, he wasn't feeling the greatest and was throwing up, I called and asked if I could bring him in to get him looked at and Paula said that that was no problem at all. After 20 minutes my dog seemed to be better so I called her back and said I was going to monitor him and if he continues to throw up I will call back. She told me that wasn't a problem at all, she told me what I should specifically monitor. She then told me to keep in mind that the next two days there was no doctor in so it would have to be today if I brought him in. I asked what time they closed, she told me 5 and then the phone call ended. After about an hour my dog threw up again so I called to tell her that I would be coming and asked her what was a good time to come. She then told me that I couldn't come today and that she already told me that... and that I would have to go somewhere else to get my dog looked at and pay the emergency fee ($200 - JUST TO GET IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR) - which she told me that they don't charge for their clients. She was DISGUSTINGLY rude and showed ZERO remorse. She never once told me that I would not be able to go there today. Not once did she say "I'm sorry for the miscommunication" or "I hope everything works out". Nothing. You would think she would treat a customer with a little more respect considering she is a receptionist and ESPECIALLY because I am a client at the clinic and have spent hundreds of dollars here. There goes my business to this horrible company.

Zero transparency and a lack of genuine care for my animal. My animal is exotic, and perhaps this vet could be better with other animals. The doctor did not introduce herself to me or take the time to get to know my animal as an individual. My whole appointment was rushed, with no explanation from start to finish of steps that were being taken to treat my beloved family member. I couldn't even ask the doctor about the what the check up involved that my animal was going to be receiving, she left almost instantly with my pet from the room. I did not give Dr. Venevel permission to do a test, she did it during what was supposed to be a regular check up. Again, she was so rushed I don't think she bothered to ask if any testing could be done on my animal. From my view, she just saw it as a convenience to her, without regard for my potential concern. Had asked after my pet received testing what the test was, and other information relating to that, and the doctor seemed very bothered by my audacity to ask, when that should have already, clearly been explained. Did not clarify any information about the prescription they had later given my pet to take home, about potential risks or side effects. No information sheet or breakdown, was only told about the taste. I also felt very disturbed at the fact that on top of me not giving permission for the test on my animal, I was not advised that this test was going to be extremely expensive, on top of the initial cost of visiting, which could be really important to know. I hope no other animal or visitor has to feel how horribly I felt during that whole appointment, and that they do not get the treatment that we received.

Lasalle Animal Clinic is simply the best. Their doctors, vet techs and staff truly care about the animals they treat, and go over and above in everything they do. We ended up there 10 years ago in the middle of the night on an emergency visit for our very sick cat. After receiving the most amazing care for our little guy, we immediately switched vets and have never looked back. Every single person at Lasalle Animal Clinic takes the time to explain procedures, illnesses and medications, and is always willing to answer any questions we have, no matter how busy they are (and they are often very busy!). We will never bring our furry family members anywhere else!

I switched to the Lasalle Animal Clinic and we took our German Shepherd there yesterday where he got diagnosed with an ear infection and got his vaccines. He was put on a good antibiotic ear drop. I was very impressed and excited that I finally found a great place for my dog! The staff is great! The service is wonderful and I was very happy with the whole experience! I would recommend this place to anyone! They are awesome with animals too! =)

My first visit to Lasalle Animal Clinic with my injured 12 week old sugar glider. We met with Dr. vannevel who impressed me with her knowledge of sugar gliders considering they are an exotic species and she was so adept at handling Antea I at once felt comfortable and confident that she was in the best hands. Dr. V. Took time to listen to me and answer all the questions I had and upon leaving provided me with some additional helpful information. I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. VANNEVEL and the entire team of staff who are just so friendly, welcoming and professional!

I have nothing but bad experiences with this clinic. First one being their ignorance and arrogance (Narrow minded) about rawfeeding. The second being the fact that they will not sell a simple ear cleaner without seeing your pet. When any other clinic will simply sell it to you cause you need it. I am not talking about a prescription for an ear infection I mean it was only pro-otic. Taking these occurences into consideration I will not recommend people to this clinic. The fact that they wont sell a simple ear cleaner (other clinincs gladly sell it to you without a exam fee) without me having to pay $84.00 tax in. for an exam fee and the way they are so narrow minded about raw feeding (instead suggest you buy their kibble) suggests their main interest is making money not your pets well being.

I have dealt with other clinics in town, in the past but this is the best one in Sudbury. Yesterday was a sad day for our family as we had to euthanize our beloved dog of 16 years. We were treated with kindness and compassion and Lori (hope I spelled it right) was a Godsend. She helped us deal with the pain by handling our Remington with the respect he deserved . He was more than a dog ..he was FAMILY and I can say for sure that she certainly chose the right profession, My boys , my husband and I are so grateful for the thoughtfulness your staff showed our grieving family from start to end. Veterinarians are so insanely busy but Dr. Vanneval took her time with me; she was calm, kind and caring. She took lots of time to explain what was going on and what options we had for my budgie. It's not about money whatsoever with these caring people. She could have tried to get me to spend money on Xrays but she didn't recommend it and explained why. The next time I came in, I saw a vet technician and they didn't charge me anything!! Can't recommend them more. Thank you Dr. Vanneval for everything you do ☺️🤗🤗

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am beyond grateful that my puppy's neutering appointment is not until June and we can cancel it and make the appointment at a different animal clinic. I took my puppy here to get all his shots which went perfectly fine. Today, he wasn't feeling the greatest and was throwing up, I called and asked if I could bring him in to get him looked at and Paula said that that was no problem at all. After 20 minutes my dog seemed to be better so I called her back and said I was going to monitor him and if he continues to throw up I will call back. She told me that wasn't a problem at all, she told me what I should specifically monitor. She then told me to keep in mind that the next two days there was no doctor in so it would have to be today if I brought him in. I asked what time they closed, she told me 5 and then the phone call ended. After about an hour my dog threw up again so I called to tell her that I would be coming and asked her what was a good time to come. She then told me that I couldn't come today and that she already told me that... and that I would have to go somewhere else to get my dog looked at and pay the emergency fee ($200 - JUST TO GET IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR) - which she told me that they don't charge for their clients. She was DISGUSTINGLY rude and showed ZERO remorse. She never once told me that I would not be able to go there today. Not once did she say "I'm sorry for the miscommunication" or "I hope everything works out". Nothing. You would think she would treat a customer with a little more respect considering she is a receptionist and ESPECIALLY because I am a client at the clinic and have spent hundreds of dollars here. There goes my business to this horrible company.

Zero transparency and a lack of genuine care for my animal. My animal is exotic, and perhaps this vet could be better with other animals. The doctor did not introduce herself to me or take the time to get to know my animal as an individual. My whole appointment was rushed, with no explanation from start to finish of steps that were being taken to treat my beloved family member. I couldn't even ask the doctor about the what the check up involved that my animal was going to be receiving, she left almost instantly with my pet from the room. I did not give Dr. Venevel permission to do a test, she did it during what was supposed to be a regular check up. Again, she was so rushed I don't think she bothered to ask if any testing could be done on my animal. From my view, she just saw it as a convenience to her, without regard for my potential concern. Had asked after my pet received testing what the test was, and other information relating to that, and the doctor seemed very bothered by my audacity to ask, when that should have already, clearly been explained. Did not clarify any information about the prescription they had later given my pet to take home, about potential risks or side effects. No information sheet or breakdown, was only told about the taste. I also felt very disturbed at the fact that on top of me not giving permission for the test on my animal, I was not advised that this test was going to be extremely expensive, on top of the initial cost of visiting, which could be really important to know. I hope no other animal or visitor has to feel how horribly I felt during that whole appointment, and that they do not get the treatment that we received.

Lasalle Animal Clinic is simply the best. Their doctors, vet techs and staff truly care about the animals they treat, and go over and above in everything they do. We ended up there 10 years ago in the middle of the night on an emergency visit for our very sick cat. After receiving the most amazing care for our little guy, we immediately switched vets and have never looked back. Every single person at Lasalle Animal Clinic takes the time to explain procedures, illnesses and medications, and is always willing to answer any questions we have, no matter how busy they are (and they are often very busy!). We will never bring our furry family members anywhere else!

I was very impressed and excited that I finally found a great place for my dog! The staff is great! The service is wonderful and I was very happy with the whole experience! We met with Dr. vannevel who impressed me with her knowledge of sugar gliders considering they are an exotic species and she was so adept at handling Antea I at once felt comfortable and confident that she was in the best hands. Dr. V. Took time to listen to me and answer all the questions I had and upon leaving provided me with some additional helpful information. I have nothing but bad experiences with this clinic. First one being their ignorance and arrogance (Narrow minded) about rawfeeding. The second being the fact that they will not sell a simple ear cleaner without seeing your pet. When any other clinic will simply sell it to you cause you need it. I am not talking about a prescription for an ear infection I mean it was only pro-otic. Taking these occurences into consideration I will not recommend people to this clinic. The fact that they wont sell a simple ear cleaner (other clinincs gladly sell it to you without a exam fee) without me having to pay $84.00 tax in. for an exam fee and the way they are so narrow minded about raw feeding (instead suggest you buy their kibble) suggests their main interest is making money not your pets well being.
