We are slated for the three hour drive for my kitten's full dental extraction in December. So far, everything experienced has been professional and knowledgeable and Dr. Hale and his team have earned my trust with their helpful and patient manner. Stephanie knew exactly who I was/my kitten's name when I called to arrange his appointment, which was a great touch. Where most specialists would require a referral prior to discussing treatment planning with a client, Dr. Hale doesn't refuse to speak with clients. Where many specialists would communicate with clients through their assistants or receptionists only (effectively filtering all communications to be discussed with them only if necessary), Dr. Hale doesn't do this. In fact, he responded to my worried fur-mom email at 10pm on a Saturday night - pretty sure that this wasn't done because he is new to the field and attempting to build his reputation and client base ;) Rather, it is indicative of the standards held for the level of quality service and expertise offered to clients and their patients. The bill might be a bit more expensive than some other places, but in this case you get what you pay for and I honestly don't think I would trust any other place to do a full dental extraction on my furbaby. Also helpful is the plethora of information available on the website for both clients and referring veterinarians (I've read through both) and although I may not understand 100% of what is being discussed since I'm not a doctor, I can see that a high level of teamwork and transparency is valued which I think both pet guardians and their referring veterinarians will appreciate :)

Excellent experience! We were referred to Dr. Hale for our lab who had a broken canine tooth. I was extremely stressed about our fur baby going under anaesthetic. Dr. Hale and his staff we so incredibly kind and patient, and made us feel that our girl was their one and only priority. Dr. Hale is truly an expert at what he does, he gave us our options and we chose to do a root canal. We would go back to Dr. Hale and recommend him to anyone! Take it from me, bones, antlers and ice cubes seem like a great gift for your dog, if you don't mind a hefty vet bill to repair fractured teeth.

Our lab/aussie shepherd mix saw Dr Hale last Friday. She required Vital Pulp Therapy on a canine tooth. From the moment we walked in the clinic until we left, Dr Hale and his staff could not have been nicer. Dr Hale took the time to explain (in layman's terms) what he would be doing prior to and during the surgery. We never felt rushed and all questions were answered. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and we appreciated her empathy. The procedure was a success and Soph is back to her happy puppy self! Thanks for your expertise Dr. Hale and staff! We very much appreciate what you did for our girl.

Our 10-year-old female cat was referred to Dr. Hale's practice for a neck lesion in her back molar. We were very worried before we met Dr. Hale, as we had no idea what to expect and our cat is quite anxious. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were kind and friendly, and Dr. Hale was professional, kind, and very informative. He took the time to explain our diagnosis, and answer all of our questions (and we had a lot). Although the service was a little on the pricey side (but well within industry standards), it was so worth it. My wife and I literally breathed a sigh of relief on our drive home. Our girl is home and resting comfortably, and we're so thankful. Thank-you, Dr. Hale and staff!

Dr. Hale and his staff we so incredibly kind and patient, and made us feel that our girl was their one and only priority.
