The best kept secret in town. Quietly tucked away behind the plaza, I am blown away time and time again with the level of compassion and care that is taken to ensure my pets' stress levels (and mine) are kept at a minimum during examinations-- whether it be for their annuals, or otherwise. Dr Bianca is the best! It's so refreshing to meet a vet who gives honest, sound advice and isn't in it just for the money

This vet office is a beautiful place to be when you love your pet/ family member & want the best care possible. They have holistic approaches, vitamin boost remedies for cats + dogs, obvious compassion for their animal patients, & incredible patience. Wholeheartedly the best vet experience I have ever had, I'm so grateful I found them. They have saved the life of one of my beloved cats this summer when my regular vet basically said there's nothing else to aid in his recovery, he's doing beautifully now. Very experienced with cats in their tender approach with extra details like a warm enveloping towel/blanket to calm them ( as stress is hugely detrimental to healing in all animals, but in my experience especially cats ), handling thoroughly when examining but incredibly gently -- my most high stress cat was calm with them. Love & trust them completely with my family.

This will always be our go to vet!! Dr. Daily has been amazing helping us with my girls accident and the whole staff there actually care about your pets and making them feel comfortable and happy there. Being holistic their prices are reasonable and you can tell they care so much! They let your pets warm up to them and treat them with kindness, patience and are always positive!! Positive training is important to us and we are so happy we have found a vet who uses positive reinforcement as well and is super gentle. They even let my girl take breaks when she was getting too stressed out when she needed her throat and mouth examined! We are also so thrilled to see raw food being sold right when you walk in along with natural holistic remedies and supplements! My girl had a accident and the staff here as well as Dr. Daily were super willing to help us and answer any questions we had as well as calling me to keep me updated and providing the best recommendations and getting her in to see one of the best specialists! I felt safe and comfortable leaving my girl with them while they prepared her to be transferred and the staff even helped us with questions we had relating to pet insurance and what our best options would be! I was able to laugh even though we were waiting for my girl to come back hearing some silly stories about their own dogs we have literally gone through so many vets and have never felt the spark or the care that we were looking for in a vet until we came here for the first time last year!! Finally found THE BEST place around and will be forever clients of Park Avenue Thank you for being so amazing to our animals

I love this vet office. It has a cozy welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. Today was my year old pups first time ever going to this vet, he warmed up instantly and took to all the staff. I love how they have children puzzle matts on the floor instead of putting your pup up on top of a big scary table! They definitely know how to make a dog and human feel welcome. They were very knowledgable and could answer every and any question I had. I love how they give you multiple options when it comes to treatments and they don't push anything your uncomfortable with. Ohh how could I forget!! I love love love that they support raw diets! It is important to me that my dog receives the best and I truly believe taking him to this vet is the best possible care he could receive. Thank you for being a caring, affordable vet office that my pup and I can both enjoy visiting !

I always thought that a holistic vet would be out of my budget, but Park Avenue's prices are pretty much the same as any other vet, allowing me to bring my pets to someone who won't push antibiotics, unnecessary vaccines, or unhealthy foods on them. I'm so glad I found them. :)

Since I've come back to Guelph (1996), TEAM BIANCA, has looked after my cats. I don't believe there is a kinder, more knowledgable Veterinarian in Guelph!! Sadly, she has shared my grief, and has happily shared my happiness!! Her team is more than wonderful and there has never been a time that I have had to call that they've not been able to fit me in for an appointment, or have given great advise and "calmed" me down!! Dr. B, and staff, are definitely THE BEST!!! Many, many thanks to you all!!!

This vet office is a beautiful place to be when you love your pet/ family member & want the best care possible. They have holistic approaches, vitamin boost remedies for cats + dogs, obvious compassion for their animal patients, & incredible patience. Since I've come back to Guelph (1996), TEAM BIANCA, has looked after my cats. I don't believe there is a kinder, more knowledgable Veterinarian in Guelph!! Sadly, she has shared my grief, and has happily shared my happiness!!
