I would give a no star review if I could, on January 3 2020 I brought my dog rusty, to see dr. pj or cj and had some tests done on rusty, it was determined that rusty would have to be put down, we ta...
I would give a no star review if I could, on January 3 2020 I brought my dog rusty, to see dr. pj or cj and had some tests done on rusty, it was determined that rusty would have to be put down, we talked about a humane way that rusty would be euthanized , dr. cj or pj told me that rusty would be given a sedative, and an iv would be inserted for the finale needle, so that I could be with him, at his time of passing, but when dr. cj or pj brought rusty back to the room he was already dead and i'm so upset that I was denied to be with him in the end...………. he was my best friend!

Stayed open for me to the very last minute when Cheech was taken from me... helped me through saying a beautiful good-bye to Jules... made Ashen feel right at home with his slumber parties... cared whole-heartedly for Penoka and Shya... I wish I found this truly compassionate clinic sooner. We needed Dr. Neil and his technician Bree for one of the hardest days. To let a great part of our lives go. Our dog Sasha was a great dog. Truly a kind soul who loved and protected everyone. Lover of all kinds of cheese and peanuts, we will miss her greatly.

We have never dealt with the clinic until the time it was most important, the day we needed to say goodbye. They agreed to make a home visit the day of, even though we had never brought our dog there before. They were friendly, compassionate, and understanding of the time we needed. The hardest day of our lives, but a truly gentle goodbye for our dog Juneau. We would highly recommend this staff.

My Persian kitten, Dudley, was a patient on Tuesday, Dec 8 for a neuter and to have laser done on his nares. Upon examination, Dr. Neil felt that his nares were good and did not need to have them done...
My Persian kitten, Dudley, was a patient on Tuesday, Dec 8 for a neuter and to have laser done on his nares. Upon examination, Dr. Neil felt that his nares were good and did not need to have them done. I am VERY appreciative that they did not do a surgery that was not needed. He came home after his neuter running around and playing like nothing had been done! Made me VERY happy to see this as I was very nervous all day! I was sent pictures by Brianna, RVT, showing me how content he was pre and post surgery. This helped me to know that Dudley was being well taken care of. Thank you for the great care, Dr. Neil and Brianna!!!

I've been going to this clinic for 7 yrs. All of the staff are extremely friendly and Dr Gowan has always taken great care of my babies and gone the extra mile when it comes to their health.

They agreed to make a home visit the day of, even though we had never brought our dog there before. They were friendly, compassionate, and understanding of the time we needed. The hardest day of our lives, but a truly gentle goodbye for our dog Juneau. We would highly recommend this staff.

Upon examination, Dr. Neil felt that his nares were good and did not need to have them done. I am VERY appreciative that they did not do a surgery that was not needed.
