I've been bringing my little schnookins to Kingsway since her birth. Staff and Dr.'s always great and really care about their patients. Even call to see how she's doing when sick. Thank you so much to Dr. Bomben and Dr. Tuck for taking wonderful care of my baby Bella. Loved my experience with this vet (Dr Bomben.) Both the vet and the receptionist were very nice and clearly genuinely fond of animals. The Dr in particular was very empathetic and caring with the freaked out furry one, and handled her deftly. It could be because I am used to Toronto prices but I didn't consider the charges to be high -- about $80 for the visit, medications were additional, so about $240 all up. The Dr clipped the patient's nails, cleaned the gunk out of her ears, and gave the human general advice on what to watch out for/ how to continue with a variety of concerns for no additional charge. It's only been a few days but already there is a marked improvement in my cat's skin, fur, and overall health, which I feel is all the proof I need. I think I've just found my new vet. (And this is high praise indeed, the vet we used to go to when still in Toronto was/is stellar, and I was really feeling his loss; but it seems to me Dr Bomben is our new go-to doc.) Read Less

There's no better veterinarian in town. Dr schad is amazing. She understands my thirteen year old dog and will sit with him on the floor and take the time he needs to calm down. She's also very knowledgeable and understanding. You can tell she does this job as its her passion. The other staff members are also pleasant and treat you like family. Very safe and welcoming environment. Would highly reccomend. Read Less

Good service and the staff are helpful and friendly. We brought our cat for a checkup and the vet was attentive and was able to answer all our questions. Lots of veterinary services available including boarding at a reasonable cost. Free coffee, tea and juice as well. Read Less

Incredible staff and clinic... very clean and welcoming the minute you walk in the door. The staff has all been so amazingly friendly and helpful through an extremely stressful time while dealing with our dog's unknown illness. Able to accommodate us on short notice, and obviously care very much about the pets they are seeing. We love Dr. Schad, but I know all the vets there are just as great! To top it off, we gave our email (conveniently had our invoices sent) and they sent us a birthday greeting for our kitty!! Thought it was a super sweet thing to do, very very impressed !! Read Less

If you love your pets DO NOT bring them here! They wanted to charge me $2,000 for a $300 minor operation! Then they told me they had no control over the price and the veterinarians association controlled the pricing. I called the Vets Association and they told me that Kingsway lied to me, and they set there own prices! My dog is gone because the price was devastating and by the time I found out the truth it was too late. Hey Kingsway animal hospital don't bother contacting me about My posting cause I will write more about you nasty bunch of people! It's best to go out of town for a fair price! Read Less

Kingsway is the ONLY place I will bring my furbaby because the staff there know my cat Shadow loves them. It's the only place I trust to take care of my cat's needs, and the only place I feel comfortable boarding him overnight. I cannot say enough nice things about kingsway. I recently brought my kitty for crystals in his urine. I have never been to another vet with such compasion and love for animals!! They always call to give you an update, they don't charge more then they have to , their cages are huge, clean and they even have little box houses that they can sleep in to make them comfortable !! I absolutely loved my experience with Dr.Peach & Dr.Bomben. oh, the receptionists are so sweet as well. my kitty was suppose to be at the vets for 3 days but ended up being 4 because they were concerned and wanted to make sure he was okay to come home ,and not that they had to do this but they borded mouse for an extra night for no cost. I've been bringing my boys, Pippin and Pruie, to see Dr. Bomben for years and have never had a complaint. She is great when it comes to entertaining Pruie and for keeping Pippin calm. She is very informative and genuinely cares for my cats' well-being, overall health, and happiness. My boys love her so much, it's difficult to get them to come home! We brought our beloved Targa to Kingsway from the time she first came into our lives, to her last day. The doctors and staff honestly care about the animals, so much so that Targa actually got excited when she would have to go for a visit. When it was time for Targas' pain to end, Dr Peach, and the staff were so sincere and comforting, that it made an extremely difficult time alot easier on our family.
