This vet is outstanding. We can't say enough about his work. He has a real heart for all creatures and we've always received A+ customer service. Our little kitten was very close to death when we got him there suffering Panleuk. It's a very fast moving illness that is deadly for small kittens. He never gave up and his expert treatment saved our little 8 week old who was hours from death. Doc very patiently answered all my questions w/o making me feel like I was a bother. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The staff are inconsiderate and failed to do their job. I cannot trust them with my animals because I was led to believe they gave my two cats their rabies shot, as was asked and payed for last year. Instead they received an unrequired vaccination! My female just had a litter of kittens and so I went to have my male neutered, and everything was to go smoothly what with believing he had his rabies shot. It was because of their mistake that they knocked the price down a mere $25 when in reality it should be free. Highly disappointed, my boyfriend called me, my mother and SPCA on what to do about this mistreatment. They then asked full price because of this. Read Less

Our family is extremely happy with Queensdale Animal Hospital. I love that Dr. Surinder Chaudhary knows our family pet's name even when I go into the facility to buy food for our dog ( and my dog is not with me). We adopted a kitten through this company and they said he was healthy. Well he wasn't because he wasn't eating. So we then called them asking for help as to what to do to get him to eat. They simply said to "force-feed" him. Not liking that answer, we took him right up to Dr.Beattie and they fixed him up the same day. Our kitten needed electrolytes and his stomach was completely empty due to gas build up. (We hadn't even had him for a week yet!). The neutering was included in the adoption as well through Queensdale, so we brought him there this morning. When picking him up, he was VERY swollen and bleeding. It definitely was not normal having blood all over the counter. But they insisted that he was fine. So again we took him to Dr.Beattie. They took one look at him and said he does not look good. Yet again, Dr.Beattie to the rescue. Never again will we go to Queensdale Animal Hospital. Not only was the service very disappointing, but the staff and Doctor seemed very detached and uninterested in their patients. Dr.Beattie may be a bit pricey, but I'd rather pay to know my pet is taken care of properly.Read Less

Since the great care they took of my boy, and some not so positive experiences with another vet I've used for the last twenty years, I've decided that QAH is where I will be taking my furry children from now on. Excellent compassionate staff. My boy was frightened from the other vet, and the girls at QAH understood his fear and called me right away before his surgery last year. Dr. Surinder Chaudhary is the best Veterinarian around. He saved my cat Rocky this past week, by going above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Chaudhary and his staff cares about animals and is the reason why my cat is finally home today. After 6 long days of being hospitalized, my cat is finally getting back to his normal healthy self.
