They are the most caring group. Tammy is an amazing vet and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for saving the life of my boy ( jack Russell) . He had an obstruction in his stomach and upper small...
They are the most caring group. Tammy is an amazing vet and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for saving the life of my boy ( jack Russell) . He had an obstruction in his stomach and upper small intestine. She explained everything so there was nothing that could be unexpected. I will be staying on as a regular patient. They are worth the drive for us. Thanks again to everyone at Banner Road!!!!!!

I have entrusted these amazing vets with more than a dozen of my dogs and cats over the many years. Their care, compassion and knowledge has been exhibited with every medical issue I have had to deal with. They are never eager to order unrealistic procedures but instead present you with the facts and will support you in decision making.
I have recommended this clinic to many people throughout the years from those that know the value of my animals to me and I view this clinic with the utmost respect.

I will admit Banner Road can hit the pricey side but by far one of the best vet clinics I've been too so far. I live in London so the drive can be a hassle but it is SO worth it. My husky hates the vets and Dr. Tammy did AMAZING with him. I have the hardest time trimming his nails and she did it so fast and without hurting him. Thank-you Tammy for a good experience on Friday. There was another Veterinarian that did my Shar pei's shots but I didn't catch her name. Both were amazing. Thank you.

Went with a friend to take her dog for his shots on a Tuesday appointment was for 4pm. We got there at 3:50. Couldn't stay inside because our dog is very big/strong pulls so we waited outside ( weathe...
Went with a friend to take her dog for his shots on a Tuesday appointment was for 4pm. We got there at 3:50. Couldn't stay inside because our dog is very big/strong pulls so we waited outside ( weather was great) and checked often when we were next . By 4:50pm still waiting. Had to leave to pick up bf from work at 6:30 across city so my friend reschedule for following Tuesday.

Thank you to all the caring staff at Banner Road! Our little furry man can be a bit challenging at times, but the staff know how to handle him with gentle care! Even though they are in a small town they have amazingly huge hearts for the pets they care for and the pet owners. We have been going to Banner Road for over 15 years and would recommend them to everyone with a pet!

The Banner Road vets have looked after our family's fur babies for as long as I've been alive. They are caring with the animals and are thorough with answering all of my questions. When we had to put our childhood pets down they were very compassionate and went out if their way to support us.

I have been bringing my pets to Banner Road for many, many years. I moved to Paris and still make the trek to their clinic! One of my adopted dogs is extremely fearful, and a trip to the vet is quite scary for her. All of the staff at the clinic are very kind and patient with her, and always aim to keep her safe and comfortable. I have had a few emergencies over the years, and they're always accommodating to get my dogs looked after. A great place to take your pets!

$245.24+ just to get a cat put down, seriously!? You guys said you had to do an exam do to her age..... it's my cat, it's my choice, obviously there's a reason to my actions. This is morally wrong, especially if you want to encourage people to do the right thing. You guys have just lost a customer forever.

I have been bringing my pets to Banner Road for many, many years. I moved to Paris and still make the trek to their clinic! One of my adopted dogs is extremely fearful, and a trip to the vet is quite scary for her.
