We all know the challenges associated with a practice involving emergencies, calls that take longer than planned and all the other legitimate delays associated with Veterinary Medicine. Despite all this Dr. Ben Henderson is usually punctual, always pleasant and ever willing to answer questions. Ben makes me feel like I am as important a client as my horse! The only time he was delayed was due to an emergency and completely understandable. However the clinic still kept me in the loop about his progress. When my horse had an emergency of his own, Ben was there very quickly. Most importantly that time and always the care of my horse has been first rate! I also love the fact The clinic is e-savvy! Not only can I find interesting FB posts, the clinic is willing to use email. As a day/night shift worker the use of email makes scheduling, relaying routine results etc. painless!
