We had three cats who had to be euthanized in their very old age. Their care at the clinic over many years was exceptional and very caring. Our beautiful 12 year old Labrador was given the same care....
We had three cats who had to be euthanized in their very old age. Their care at the clinic over many years was exceptional and very caring. Our beautiful 12 year old Labrador was given the same care. All the staff understood the trauma of losing a pet. Now we have a beautiful Springer Spaniel puppy who will have the same care. Also I value the excellent advice and help I receive from all the staff. Collins Bay is an exceptional animal hospital.

My dog died here and he and his wife were extremely in empathetic. She has been there since she was a puppy and he didn’t even get up out of his office to say anything when we brought her body in for cremation. Expected a little more compassion.

I've two dogs that are accident prone. The staff have always been spectacular and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for their needs. Both vets, Lynn and the rest of the staff are caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Best vet I've ever dealt with.

Our dog Parker recently had surgery to amputate a toe that had Squamous Cell Carcinoma under the nailbed. The surgery was flawless and our pet received outstanding care from Dr. Vetrovsky and the rest of the staff at this facility. Thankfully, Parker has recovered well and should have many good years left in him thanks to the care he received. We would recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet in need.

The staff is fabulous. Very positive environment, sincerely caring, and professional. We were not rushed, nor did it take forever to get in the door.
The prices are unbeatable. There is no reason to go anywhere else in Kingston. They get a perfect score from me.
