When Dr Ross was the vet at the clinic he was marvellous, treated pets and owners with care and there is Dr Lawless, again a caring vet who cared about a pet's suffering and pain, but when we took our elderly cat suffering from cancer there to be euthanised as in agony, another man vet there gave no pain medicationneither in the cat's last days nor on the day we took cat into tb euthanised as it in great pain, we were kept waiting for over 15 mins to see this man, who then went away to check he said on what kind of sedative could be given to the cat as it hated vet visits and we wanted it to feel calm not upset, and three quarters of an hour later he returned , no contact at all in all that time , gave the cat a shot, disappeared for another 15 mins, then took cat away to put in a catheter into a vein, then back in with cat and gave cat final shot, meaning cat was there 1 hour and quarter before euthanasia, when it could have had a sedative and a final shot immediately it arrived. Dr Ross nor the lady vet Dr Lawless would never have done this inhumane act. No pain relief the final weeks of cat's life. Unnecessary wait the final time after arrival. Then bickering about cold storage of the cat till we could get pet cemetery to be open to bury it, yet Dr Ross would have been happy to do so and had done so when previous pets died and ground too hard to bury pet. Avoid this one man vet there if you can,he apparently is from the USA, Hollywood..If that is how he was trained, to be insensitive to the cat and its owner ,then maybe Dr Ross's clinic is not where he should be. Other vets there are good. Dr Ross is retired sadly and unfortunately D Garbutt Read Less
