The Princess Animal Hospital is NOT a full service pet care facility. They could not do an airway assessment under light sedation for my dog. They could perform an x-ray on my dog. They did not offer oxygen to my dog when she had breathing difficulties They did not offer to sedate my dog when she had breathing difficulties. They could not perform tie-back surgery on my dog. The Princess Animal Hospital does not have any board certified veterinary surgeons. They only have mickey mouse surgeons who can do standard procedures such as spay, neuter and euthanasia. The Princess Animal Hospital cannot and does not provide overnight veterinary care. The Princess Animal Hospital is not a 24 hour hospital. I found this out, little by little, piecing information together that I received from different veterinarians and vet techs at the Princess Animal Hospital as our dog got older. Furthermore, the Princess Animal Hospital did not do a foot culture when our dog got an infection, prescribed medication which didn't work, offered to prescribe more of the same non-working medication when we brought our dog in to be examined a second time during the same week and never offered, never suggested and never referred us to a better hospital with more qualified staff and equipment. Our dog is dead. Our dog died a horrible and painful death. We do NOT RECOMMEND the Princess Animal Hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are deeply sorry for the loss of your beloved pet and understand the pain and frustration this has caused you. However, we would like to address some of the points raised in your review to provide clarity on our services and practices.
Firstly, yes we are a General Practice veterinary hospital. While we offer a wide range of services and soft tissue surgeries, we do not have board-certified surgeons on staff. We have never claimed to be a specialized surgical facility. For complex procedures, such as the tie-back surgery you mentioned, we believe it is in the best interest of the pet to be referred to a specialist. This ensures that they receive the highest standard of care possible.
Regarding our hours of operation, we were previously a 24-hour facility. However, due to a nationwide shortage of veterinarians, we had to adjust our hours. We have always communicated these changes promptly to our clients to ensure they are aware of our current operating hours.
Throughout your pet's care, we made multiple referrals to specialty hospitals for more advanced treatment options. Despite this, there was one appointment where, due to your behavior, we asked you to leave and not return, and yet another appointment you did not show up to. Our veterinarians and team were in constant contact with you through phone calls, emails, and appointments to provide care for your pet. Unfortunately, during several of these appointments, you left before any meaningful discussion or recommendations could be made, or options made available to you were declined.
We normally do not respond to reviews in such detail, but we feel it is important to address your concerns and provide our perspective. Our team strives to offer compassionate and comprehensive care to all our patients. Despite the challenges we faced, we continued to make ourselves available to you and your pet.
We are truly saddened by the loss of your pet. However, we believe that our team did everything possible to support you and provide the necessary care. Our priority has always been the well-being of your pet, and we regret that you feel otherwise. We wish you all the best.

After realizing something was very wrong with our cat, we tried to see our own vet but they were unable to help us within a short time period and recommended we try Princess Street Animal Hospital Urgent care. We are so thankful that we did. The staff were very accommodating and saw us quickly. The sad diagnosis was confirmed and the hard decision was made to let our little friend pass peacefully the next day. Upon our arrival the next morning the staff were ready for us and they were all so kind and compassionate beyond words. Thanks to all who helped us, especially Dr. Flynn. The final caring touch was a beautiful card sent about a week later with kind words and his little paw prints on paper. We are so fortunate to have this vet service in Kingston.

If I could leave no stars I would. I brought my sick puppy to the emergency clinic after he started acting different. I was told they would need to do blood work which they did and they told me it came back normal. They gave him a anti-nausea shot and a water shot and sent him home. The next day I brought him back to the clinic as he was still not himself, again they gave him the two shots and sent him on his way. They did not follow up with me nor did they seem to care or see the urgency that he was only 12 weeks old and something was obviously wrong. I took my baby to his regular vet later in the week where my vet reviewed the blood work completed at princess animal hospital. He was shocked that they allowed me to take him home and didn’t prescribe him any medication. His blood work was not NORMAL as they stated his white blood cells where off the chart and immediately my vet told me he had a severe infection. My dog was prescribed anti-biotics given another blood test and had an X-ray done. A few days went by and my baby didn’t get any better. I had to take him again back to the vet where they tried other medications. I’m heartbroken to say my dog was put to rest on Thursday. I wish they had taken the time and not told me that my dog had normal blood work as it was obviously not. I’m extremely disappointed and now have to mourn the loss of my dog, not to mention the absurd amount they charged me.

My sister brought her cat who was having major health/bladder/kidney issues to this vet THREE TIMES. THREE VET VISITS they told her it was just stress. The cat could not pee, was throwing up , beyond lethargic and clearly dying. Three vet visits and thousands of dollars later , they claim it to be just stress. Thank god my sister is smart enough to know her cat was dying and brought him into a reputable vet. Within 5 minutes he was diagnosed with mega kidney issues, crystal's (which princess claims weren't there) and a blockage. Her cat would have died if she did not bring him somewhere else.
When asked why they managed to mis-diagnose THREE TIMES secretary got nasty on the phone, extremely rude and disrespectful and even hung up the phone and lied about what their names were. IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMAL TO LIVE DONT BRING THEM HERE.

All I have to say for this clinic, the doctors and staff is that they are the most caring,professional and the nicest people who do their job passionately and with so much compassion towards our beloved pet family.
We moved so many times all over Canada and we had our beautiful boy Alfie for 13,5 years, so we met lots of different doctors and clinics, but this one is really the one we stayed for as long as we found it and until we had to say the last goodbye to our Alfie.
We want to thank you again for everything you had done for our little boy and for us..You truly care!!

They are a bit expensive BUT I've taken my animals to every team in town and have always been disappointed with the care and compassion. Dr. Lang is awesome and the lovely vet tech was beyond compare. We can not thank them enough and continue to take our fur babies there.

We have had nothing but positive experiences at Princess Animal Hospital. When we first bought our yorkie, we were new to pet ownership and very green. Both Dr. Latimer and Dr. Caudle were very encouraging and made us feel at ease. When our pup ate an ibuprofen, Dr. Ouellet and her staff made time in their busy schedules to take him in right away and take care of him to help avoid any long term consequences. Everyone there is very patient, even when our pup is not as cooperative as we would like. It is a great feeling to know you have support when you need it! Thank you, Princess Animal Hospital!

I just moved to Kingston last summer (2017), and needed to find a new vet for my almost 16 yr-old Yorkie. From the moment I walked into the the Princess Animal Hospital for Yoda's first check-up yesterday, I was greeted with smiles and taken into the exam room right away. Dr. Joelle Ouellet and Paige were incredibly thorough, and extremely gentle with Yoda and took so much time to explain all the options available to treat his injured leg. They answered all my questions and I felt so happy that I found such a wonderful vet in Kingston to take care of my little Yoda in his golden years!

I felt as if I was taken advantage of due to my fragile state by Dr. Latimer. They do not consider the well being of your pet, they see dollar signs in their eyes. You will end up paying 75% more than any other vet.

When we Came back for the followup we found the murmur gone and hopefully permanently gone. Rebooked for 10 week Shots. Very satisfied with the service. They could have easily charged for the 10 minute followup, offering that was a great show of customer service. Glad we found a new vet that wasn't thinking of just there profit margins

I am new to the area and my dog needed his heart worm and flea/tick treatment for the summer. I chose Princess Animal Hospital based on their google reviews score and was able to get an appointment within a day. The visit was very efficient, the vet technician took us in right away for a complimentary assessment. She was informative on how to deliver the medications I would be getting and addressed a concern I had with my dog. My only expense was the cost of the medications dispensed which I found comparable to my last veterinarian. I will be back to this clinic when my dog's annual vaccinations come due.

The interaction between the Vet, his assistant, and team was excellent. They were caring, professional, personal. This reassured us and gave us confidence in the process. I was able to book an appointment immediately. Dr. Latimer and the staff provided excellent care to my dog who was experiencing gastrointestinal issues. They are very compassionate with animals. He was given medication to make him feel better. I was given clear instructions on what to do and expect over the next couple of days. I was even asked to email with an update on Monday morning. They completed my insurance form and faxed it before I left. My only negative is the cost of dog food that was recommended. A smaller bag (or sample) should be available to ensure he will eat it. If he doesn't, it is a wasted expense.

We are a family of 4 humans and 12 felines. I have to say over the years that I have not only had exceptional care for all my fur babies but there was a deep understanding that these kitties are a life line for me. I live with chronic pain and if it wasn't for my cats, the pain would be too much. Dr. Caudle was so great when Louis escaped our house. He reached out to ask about him and when Louis was finally caught and returned to our home, he helped us take care of the little guy. Dr. Oulette... she was amazing when we had to humanely euthanize one of our cats, Ocean. He was my son's cat, and she understood how much we loved and cared for him. My son held him during, and even though we were broken hearted, they gave us amazing support. Thank you!!!

Always caring staff from the minute you come through the door until you leave. I have always been impressed that (unlike some places and not just Veterinary business's but in general) when you come in you are always met with a smile and a feeling of welcoming. It doesn't matter how busy they are. To me that shows a great relationship between not only the staff but also with management. They love all of our pets just like they are their own. I have nothing but praise for every staff member, tech, and vet at Princess! They once again came to our aid last night 10 minutes before closing to take care of our 7-year old feline who had been vomiting intermittently for almost a month (we have 2 cats and it took a little while to determine which one was getting sick) and then developed ever-worsening diarrhea. Joelle stayed an extra hour as did Terri-Lynn to try to diagnose the problem and make our cat comfortable. The follow-up the next day was equally thorough and kind. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Jeff and his superb colleagues. We are always in the best of hands. p.s I'd give them even more stars if I could :-)

I started with Princess Animal Hospital a few months ago for my puppy. Since day one, they have been amazing. Extremely professional and so loving towards my pup! He has had numerous issues within the last few months and they have always been able to get him in immediately for treatment as well as adressing all of my concerns with no issues.
He is also very shy and they have patiently taken the time to gain his trust during our visits.
I very highly recommend Princess Animal Hospital if you're looking for a veterinarian for your fur baby. You and your pet will get 5 star care with lots of smiles! (And treats for your fur baby!)

I've been going to Princess Animal Hospital for 9 years with numerous pets. Over the last 4 years they have spent countless hours winning over the heart of my 142lb Great Pyrenees/Great Dane (who is scared of just about anything). Diesel at one point had to be pushed/dragged through the doors, but thanks to their amazing care and help he now walks through the door and right into the exam room. They have helped with numerous pet insurance claims, and spent hours fixing the problems these claims were put in for (and Diesel's had a ton of claims!). From cats to dogs, they have devoted their hearts to taking care of our pets. The staff are the most loving, caring people I've ever met and I am thankful for all they have done and continue to do for my four legged friends. I would recommend PAH to anyone and everyone (and I do all the time). From my crazy bunch, to the staff at Princess Animal Hospital, we appreciate and love you all for your hard work and care.

My Parents started using the Princess Animal hospital last summer, with their older chocolate lab. Being a past client of Beardall's, they wanted a change as they felt their dogs weren't really getting the best care for the price. They took care of their 14 year old dog Madison and gave her a few more months with us, but ultimately she had to be put down simply due to old age. This was obviously a very sad time for all of us, but when we came in to say our good byes with the whole family, the entire staff was absolutely fantastic. The entire process was a bit more peaceful for us because it seemed they had cleared out the whole facility from what would have usually been a pretty busy, and hectic place. Aside from the staff there, and our family, there seemed to literally be no one else there from the time we had gone in, to the time we left teary eyed. The staff was very understanding and respectful of what was happening to our beloved dog. Much respect from our family to yours. Needless to say, they now have their new dog as a patient there, and are confident that they will continue to genuinely care for their dogs just as they did for madison. My own dog had recently fell ill, and prior to this, I had been sceptical of most of the vets in our area since time after time, I seem to have left hundreds of dollars poorer with little to no answers. This time, I wanted to check out Princess animal hospital since they were so good with my parents dogs. They were VERY thorough in examining my dog, and let ME decide the best option for my dog, of course while being an adviser on the best route. They were up front about costs, and very thorough with everything. I left with the least invasive option (some medication) and was asked to keep close eye on her of course. To my surprise, the medication worked BEAUTIFULLY and she seemed to be her usual self in no time. They called afterwards to check in to see how she was doing and genuinely seemed to care about her recovery. I can't say enough good things about them!!

I just returned to Princess Animal Hospital with a sweet kitten and felt as though I was going home. From the moment I entered with her, we were treated in a very special way. All staff members are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Dr. Jeff Latimer is the consummate professional, in my opinion "a cat whisperer", although I have heard from others that he is a "dog whisperer" too. He is so patient and kind and always takes the time to answer all my questions in simple terms I can understand. I am so pleased that our new kitten will have the Cadillac of care throughout her lifetime. I cannot recommend Princess Animal Hospital highly enough!

The vets and the rest of the staff are amazing with my guys.....even the overly excitable dog that just couldn't stop peeing. The one thing that I did have a bit of a problem with was when I took my kitten in for his first exam. When I called, I explained that this was his very first visit and he would need shots and deworming. I was quoted at 176...but the total was 303. The reason was that the shots and exam were 176, but the price for the deworming and the (future) fecal sample were not given to me over the phone. The cost of the sample was taken off because I will pay that when I actually do it...but the kitten still needed his deworming and he had already been given the meds anyhow...and of course his shots. I would just like to ask that in the future, when asked for a total price that is given and not just the cost of the shots. Like most people I don't have a bottomless pit of money and when I budget for something and the price comes out much higher it throws me off. That is my only complaint...and in the future I will make sure that I get the cost for everything so that I can be prepared.

The Princess Animal Hospital is NOT a full service pet care facility. They could not do an airway assessment under light sedation for my dog. They could perform an x-ray on my dog. They did not offer oxygen to my dog when she had breathing difficulties They did not offer to sedate my dog when she had breathing difficulties. They could not perform tie-back surgery on my dog. The Princess Animal Hospital does not have any board certified veterinary surgeons. They only have mickey mouse surgeons who can do standard procedures such as spay, neuter and euthanasia. The Princess Animal Hospital cannot and does not provide overnight veterinary care. The Princess Animal Hospital is not a 24 hour hospital. I found this out, little by little, piecing information together that I received from different veterinarians and vet techs at the Princess Animal Hospital as our dog got older. Furthermore, the Princess Animal Hospital did not do a foot culture when our dog got an infection, prescribed medication which didn't work, offered to prescribe more of the same non-working medication when we brought our dog in to be examined a second time during the same week and never offered, never suggested and never referred us to a better hospital with more qualified staff and equipment. Our dog is dead. Our dog died a horrible and painful death. We do NOT RECOMMEND the Princess Animal Hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are deeply sorry for the loss of your beloved pet and understand the pain and frustration this has caused you. However, we would like to address some of the points raised in your review to provide clarity on our services and practices.
Firstly, yes we are a General Practice veterinary hospital. While we offer a wide range of services and soft tissue surgeries, we do not have board-certified surgeons on staff. We have never claimed to be a specialized surgical facility. For complex procedures, such as the tie-back surgery you mentioned, we believe it is in the best interest of the pet to be referred to a specialist. This ensures that they receive the highest standard of care possible.
Regarding our hours of operation, we were previously a 24-hour facility. However, due to a nationwide shortage of veterinarians, we had to adjust our hours. We have always communicated these changes promptly to our clients to ensure they are aware of our current operating hours.
Throughout your pet's care, we made multiple referrals to specialty hospitals for more advanced treatment options. Despite this, there was one appointment where, due to your behavior, we asked you to leave and not return, and yet another appointment you did not show up to. Our veterinarians and team were in constant contact with you through phone calls, emails, and appointments to provide care for your pet. Unfortunately, during several of these appointments, you left before any meaningful discussion or recommendations could be made, or options made available to you were declined.
We normally do not respond to reviews in such detail, but we feel it is important to address your concerns and provide our perspective. Our team strives to offer compassionate and comprehensive care to all our patients. Despite the challenges we faced, we continued to make ourselves available to you and your pet.
We are truly saddened by the loss of your pet. However, we believe that our team did everything possible to support you and provide the necessary care. Our priority has always been the well-being of your pet, and we regret that you feel otherwise. We wish you all the best.

After realizing something was very wrong with our cat, we tried to see our own vet but they were unable to help us within a short time period and recommended we try Princess Street Animal Hospital Urgent care. We are so thankful that we did. The staff were very accommodating and saw us quickly. The sad diagnosis was confirmed and the hard decision was made to let our little friend pass peacefully the next day. Upon our arrival the next morning the staff were ready for us and they were all so kind and compassionate beyond words. Thanks to all who helped us, especially Dr. Flynn. The final caring touch was a beautiful card sent about a week later with kind words and his little paw prints on paper. We are so fortunate to have this vet service in Kingston.

If I could leave no stars I would. I brought my sick puppy to the emergency clinic after he started acting different. I was told they would need to do blood work which they did and they told me it came back normal. They gave him a anti-nausea shot and a water shot and sent him home. The next day I brought him back to the clinic as he was still not himself, again they gave him the two shots and sent him on his way. They did not follow up with me nor did they seem to care or see the urgency that he was only 12 weeks old and something was obviously wrong. I took my baby to his regular vet later in the week where my vet reviewed the blood work completed at princess animal hospital. He was shocked that they allowed me to take him home and didn’t prescribe him any medication. His blood work was not NORMAL as they stated his white blood cells where off the chart and immediately my vet told me he had a severe infection. My dog was prescribed anti-biotics given another blood test and had an X-ray done. A few days went by and my baby didn’t get any better. I had to take him again back to the vet where they tried other medications. I’m heartbroken to say my dog was put to rest on Thursday. I wish they had taken the time and not told me that my dog had normal blood work as it was obviously not. I’m extremely disappointed and now have to mourn the loss of my dog, not to mention the absurd amount they charged me.

My sister brought her cat who was having major health/bladder/kidney issues to this vet THREE TIMES. THREE VET VISITS they told her it was just stress. The cat could not pee, was throwing up , beyond lethargic and clearly dying. Three vet visits and thousands of dollars later , they claim it to be just stress. Thank god my sister is smart enough to know her cat was dying and brought him into a reputable vet. Within 5 minutes he was diagnosed with mega kidney issues, crystal's (which princess claims weren't there) and a blockage. Her cat would have died if she did not bring him somewhere else.
When asked why they managed to mis-diagnose THREE TIMES secretary got nasty on the phone, extremely rude and disrespectful and even hung up the phone and lied about what their names were. IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMAL TO LIVE DONT BRING THEM HERE.

All I have to say for this clinic, the doctors and staff is that they are the most caring,professional and the nicest people who do their job passionately and with so much compassion towards our beloved pet family.
We moved so many times all over Canada and we had our beautiful boy Alfie for 13,5 years, so we met lots of different doctors and clinics, but this one is really the one we stayed for as long as we found it and until we had to say the last goodbye to our Alfie.
We want to thank you again for everything you had done for our little boy and for us..You truly care!!

They are a bit expensive BUT I've taken my animals to every team in town and have always been disappointed with the care and compassion. Dr. Lang is awesome and the lovely vet tech was beyond compare. We can not thank them enough and continue to take our fur babies there.

Both Dr. Latimer and Dr. Caudle were very encouraging and made us feel at ease. When our pup ate an ibuprofen, Dr. Ouellet and her staff made time in their busy schedules to take him in right away and take care of him to help avoid any long term consequences. I just moved to Kingston last summer (2017), and needed to find a new vet for my almost 16 yr-old Yorkie. From the moment I walked into the the Princess Animal Hospital for Yoda's first check-up yesterday, I was greeted with smiles and taken into the exam room right away. Dr. Joelle Ouellet and Paige were incredibly thorough, and extremely gentle with Yoda and took so much time to explain all the options available to treat his injured leg. They answered all my questions and I felt so happy that I found such a wonderful vet in Kingston to take care of my little Yoda in his golden years!

When we Came back for the followup we found the murmur gone and hopefully permanently gone. Rebooked for 10 week Shots. Very satisfied with the service. They could have easily charged for the 10 minute followup, offering that was a great show of customer service. Glad we found a new vet that wasn't thinking of just there profit margins

I am new to the area and my dog needed his heart worm and flea/tick treatment for the summer. I chose Princess Animal Hospital based on their google reviews score and was able to get an appointment within a day. The visit was very efficient, the vet technician took us in right away for a complimentary assessment. She was informative on how to deliver the medications I would be getting and addressed a concern I had with my dog. My only expense was the cost of the medications dispensed which I found comparable to my last veterinarian. I will be back to this clinic when my dog's annual vaccinations come due.

I was able to book an appointment immediately. Dr. Latimer and the staff provided excellent care to my dog who was experiencing gastrointestinal issues. They are very compassionate with animals. He was given medication to make him feel better. I was given clear instructions on what to do and expect over the next couple of days. I was even asked to email with an update on Monday morning. They completed my insurance form and faxed it before I left. My only negative is the cost of dog food that was recommended. A smaller bag (or sample) should be available to ensure he will eat it. If he doesn't, it is a wasted expense.

I have to say over the years that I have not only had exceptional care for all my fur babies but there was a deep understanding that these kitties are a life line for me. I live with chronic pain and if it wasn't for my cats, the pain would be too much. Dr. Caudle was so great when Louis escaped our house. He reached out to ask about him and when Louis was finally caught and returned to our home, he helped us take care of the little guy. Dr. Oulette... she was amazing when we had to humanely euthanize one of our cats, Ocean. He was my son's cat, and she understood how much we loved and cared for him. My son held him during, and even though we were broken hearted, they gave us amazing support. Thank you!!!

Always caring staff from the minute you come through the door until you leave. I have always been impressed that (unlike some places and not just Veterinary business's but in general) when you come in you are always met with a smile and a feeling of welcoming. It doesn't matter how busy they are. To me that shows a great relationship between not only the staff but also with management. They love all of our pets just like they are their own. I have nothing but praise for every staff member, tech, and vet at Princess! They once again came to our aid last night 10 minutes before closing to take care of our 7-year old feline who had been vomiting intermittently for almost a month (we have 2 cats and it took a little while to determine which one was getting sick) and then developed ever-worsening diarrhea. Joelle stayed an extra hour as did Terri-Lynn to try to diagnose the problem and make our cat comfortable. The follow-up the next day was equally thorough and kind. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Jeff and his superb colleagues. We are always in the best of hands. p.s I'd give them even more stars if I could :-)

He has had numerous issues within the last few months and they have always been able to get him in immediately for treatment as well as adressing all of my concerns with no issues.
He is also very shy and they have patiently taken the time to gain his trust during our visits.
I very highly recommend Princess Animal Hospital if you're looking for a veterinarian for your fur baby. You and your pet will get 5 star care with lots of smiles! (And treats for your fur baby!)

I've been going to Princess Animal Hospital for 9 years with numerous pets. Over the last 4 years they have spent countless hours winning over the heart of my 142lb Great Pyrenees/Great Dane (who is scared of just about anything). Diesel at one point had to be pushed/dragged through the doors, but thanks to their amazing care and help he now walks through the door and right into the exam room. They have helped with numerous pet insurance claims, and spent hours fixing the problems these claims were put in for (and Diesel's had a ton of claims!). From cats to dogs, they have devoted their hearts to taking care of our pets. The staff are the most loving, caring people I've ever met and I am thankful for all they have done and continue to do for my four legged friends. I would recommend PAH to anyone and everyone (and I do all the time). From my crazy bunch, to the staff at Princess Animal Hospital, we appreciate and love you all for your hard work and care.

My Parents started using the Princess Animal hospital last summer, with their older chocolate lab. Being a past client of Beardall's, they wanted a change as they felt their dogs weren't really getting the best care for the price. They took care of their 14 year old dog Madison and gave her a few more months with us, but ultimately she had to be put down simply due to old age. This was obviously a very sad time for all of us, but when we came in to say our good byes with the whole family, the entire staff was absolutely fantastic. The entire process was a bit more peaceful for us because it seemed they had cleared out the whole facility from what would have usually been a pretty busy, and hectic place. Aside from the staff there, and our family, there seemed to literally be no one else there from the time we had gone in, to the time we left teary eyed. The staff was very understanding and respectful of what was happening to our beloved dog. Much respect from our family to yours. Needless to say, they now have their new dog as a patient there, and are confident that they will continue to genuinely care for their dogs just as they did for madison. My own dog had recently fell ill, and prior to this, I had been sceptical of most of the vets in our area since time after time, I seem to have left hundreds of dollars poorer with little to no answers. This time, I wanted to check out Princess animal hospital since they were so good with my parents dogs. They were VERY thorough in examining my dog, and let ME decide the best option for my dog, of course while being an adviser on the best route. They were up front about costs, and very thorough with everything. I left with the least invasive option (some medication) and was asked to keep close eye on her of course. To my surprise, the medication worked BEAUTIFULLY and she seemed to be her usual self in no time. They called afterwards to check in to see how she was doing and genuinely seemed to care about her recovery. I can't say enough good things about them!!

I just returned to Princess Animal Hospital with a sweet kitten and felt as though I was going home. From the moment I entered with her, we were treated in a very special way. All staff members are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Dr. Jeff Latimer is the consummate professional, in my opinion "a cat whisperer", although I have heard from others that he is a "dog whisperer" too. He is so patient and kind and always takes the time to answer all my questions in simple terms I can understand. I am so pleased that our new kitten will have the Cadillac of care throughout her lifetime. I cannot recommend Princess Animal Hospital highly enough!

I have only been using the clinic for a little over a year now and I love it. The vets and the rest of the staff are amazing with my guys.....even the overly excitable dog that just couldn't stop peeing. The one thing that I did have a bit of a problem with was when I took my kitten in for his first exam. When I called, I explained that this was his very first visit and he would need shots and deworming. I was quoted at 176...but the total was 303. The reason was that the shots and exam were 176, but the price for the deworming and the (future) fecal sample were not given to me over the phone. The cost of the sample was taken off because I will pay that when I actually do it...but the kitten still needed his deworming and he had already been given the meds anyhow...and of course his shots. I would just like to ask that in the future, when asked for a total price that is given and not just the cost of the shots. Like most people I don't have a bottomless pit of money and when I budget for something and the price comes out much higher it throws me off. That is my only complaint...and in the future I will make sure that I get the cost for everything so that I can be prepared.
