On Site Laboratory facilities DR Karen specializes in medical, Surgical, Dental, Radiology House calls are also available. 24 hr service!

I would give her less than 1 for a review. I made an apointment . She was half an hour late. She was very confrontational as soon as i came in. She was flinging her hands around as she belittled me. I think she had a bad day and i was her target. I left and went to a vet. Very sad. She has no people skills

This happened during Covid-19 times. It takes much longer to do what needs to be done and yes, sometimes appointments are late. This is happening all over. The records you provided had problems. You demanded something that was not the best for your pet. Dr Catt attempted to explain the benefits of proper care and you accused her of just being in it for the money. You were rude and accusatory. Dr Catt asked you to leave because of your poor behaviour. The Kirkland Lake Veterinary Clinic and staff do not tolerate insults, rude or other inappropriate behaviour.

I have been with my pets all of them for over 13 years, she always provided for my pets, always. Down to my last one, excellent services and she personally always cared for my pets and what they needs were as well as guiding me throw difficult times.
