I recently moved back home and my poor kitty Amara got a bladder infection so I knew I needed to get my little fur baby to a vet. The team here were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely Pleasant.....
I recently moved back home and my poor kitty Amara got a bladder infection so I knew I needed to get my little fur baby to a vet. The team here were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely Pleasant...they got her in quickly and did a check up on her and they weren't pushy to a certain type of medication they gave us all of our options and the different prices as well and informed us of each different option the steps and process as well....a very comfortable experience overall. The prices here are very good as well they help you out by keeping you well informed on everything you could need to know and more they also check up on your fur baby to see how they're doing. They have a customer for life for both my fur babies Dean and Amara brother and sister kittens I rescued and any other potential fur babies I may get in the future. Thank you everybody at Clark Animal Hospital keep up the amazing work :-)

I love this vet! They are all super nice, and very gentle. I no longer have my puppy but when I do get another I'll definitely be back! The prices were good, and it was very clean. My only slight grip...

My only slight gripe is that the parking is a little hard to get out of but thats very minor and I live so close I could easily walk there anyway!

My parents and I have been taking our dogs and cats to Clark for 20+ years and have always had a great experience. They have helped us with everything - regular checkups and shots, various illnesses and injuries, weight management, teeth cleaning/dental surgery, and helping us say goodbye to our furry loved ones gently and kindly when the time came. Every visit they are kind and caring, explain what is happening and what the information means, as well as the options available to us. When I moved to the far side of Waterloo I continued to take my pets here rather than switch to somewhere closer because I know I can trust them.

I brought my 5 year old rescue ( mix of some type) who historically bit the groomer & the Veterinarian who just wanted to look in hid ear got a nasty wound as well. Tyson has been 'a work in progress', however challenging at times he can be such a joy. Tyson was not at all sure about a 'puppy doctor' but the staff here & then Dr. Cross read him so well & were not forceful - well Tyson did just as well as all the staff & Dr. Cross. It was a very positive experience, no complaints about the care nor the cost. Thumbs up!I'd share on Facebook but I never go near social media - just a personal choice.

They take the time to explain everything to you and discuss all paths of treatment. The support staff of RVT's are just as wonderful, helpful and kind. We have a Yellow Labrador Retriever named Samson, who absolutely adores the staff of Clark Animal Hospital. From the moment we met, they greeted our pup first, before us, and in our opinion that is how it should be. You can tell how much love they have for animals and how passionate they are in their profession. Our Samson is always so happy to see them and that confirms for us that he trusts them, so we trust them! We are very lucky to have Clark Animal Hospital looking after our boy! :)

My step-daughter brought her cat here to be looked at by the vet, and they were very professional. The Veterinarian was punctual and gave extra attention to the cat, and were accommodating with and early morning appointment. Shopped around all over town and found the prices here to be very reasonable, which is ironic, since this is the closest veterinary office to our house, we should have just come here first!

Such a great place to bring your pets. The vets and vet techs are so nice and welcoming. They really care about the animals they take care of as if they were their own. We've been bringing our lives Boston Terrier, Josie here ever since we brought her home and she loves going. And when our cat Baxter got sick, they took such great care him. Highly recommended!

We have a Yellow Labrador Retriever named Samson, who absolutely adores the staff of Clark Animal Hospital. From the moment we met, they greeted our pup first, before us, and in our opinion that is how it should be. You can tell how much love they have for animals and how passionate they are in their profession. Our Samson is always so happy to see them and that confirms for us that he trusts them, so we trust them! We are very lucky to have Clark Animal Hospital looking after our boy! :)

My step-daughter brought her cat here to be looked at by the vet, and they were very professional. The Veterinarian was punctual and gave extra attention to the cat, and were accommodating with and early morning appointment. Shopped around all over town and found the prices here to be very reasonable, which is ironic, since this is the closest veterinary office to our house, we should have just come here first!
